If I may wade in on this conversation, I would submit to you this: If the 66 books that make up what is known as the Bible have some words tor phrases that don't corrorborate with each other, how does that depart from the TRUTH? IMHO in order for that to be the case, there would have to be an intent to DECEIVE! How does that make it ALL wrong or ALL right? For instance, you have various accounts in each of the Gospels which appear to be the same happening that are actually DIFFERENT events!
I think we need to talk specifics here, and not generalities. Just what passages or words or phrases is anyone out here having trouble with or feel are contradictory?
Can Almighty God not provide for the accurate handing down of His-story, even through the hand of drunk Fryers? Is He not capable of sheperding His Word through the ages to give each generation the truth?

I hope what doesn't get lost in all the whodunnet's here is what the Savior said in John 3:17. “For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through Him.”
Don't forget John 5:39, 40. “You search the scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is these that bear witness of Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me, that you may have life.”
And also in Luke 18:17. “Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child (with true faith) shall not enter it at all.”
Finally, John 6:40. “For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him, may have eternal life; and I myself will raise him up on the last day.”
Is Jesus also God, come as man, crucified, raised up on the third day, seated at the right hand of the Father, soon to return? I believe so. Just one man's opinion.
The truth will endure regardless what you or I believe. But you have been presented with the words as spoken by Christ. What will you do with them?
Just had to pass one more quote I found. The master propagandist:

Lambskin, perhaps you should study Scripture before quoting it.
“Money is the root of all evil” is an incorrect quote, rather it should read: “The love of money is the root…”
I have a question, and it may well be covered elsewhere, but please bear with me. I noticed the word “includes” in various statutes and regs. Does it mean to the “exclusion” of all others or “in addition to”? Can someone point me to court rulings on this word?

Sonic, you mention Form DS11. Where might find this and under what circumstances does it provide for all O's under the SSN request?

How are you dealing with the “request ” for SSN on the application?
I find all of this information highly plausable. If we could only look behind the scenes! You quite possibly could count on one hand the number of demolition companies who have the experience to do this type of demo, wouldn't someone within have loose lips?
Bing, thanks for the great information on how to deal with this assault by the IRS. All the way through this process, I have notified them of the fact that I am not one who is subject to and liable for their “income tax”, and repeatedly by certified letter demanded statute, authority, and jurisdiction, but was met with silence. Nonetheless, if I have a fraudulent “Notice of Lien” placed upon my property, I will have to deal with it in some fashion. This is why I prepare.

I went to the SEDM website to Challenge all Liens and Levys #4.21 where it states the need to request a due process hearing within 30 days after notice, but I noticed in your reply to my question you recommended NOT to request a hearing. Is there something I am overlooking here or is there more to your reply that I am missing?

Usually the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will not go before any judge, often they will not even sign the forms outright. Or they often attempt to mislead you, such as signing for someone else, i.e., CSherewood [signing] for P S LANE. How can CSherewood sign for P S LANE. If CSherewood has authority to do the deed then he or she should sign for themselves. Why can't P S LANE sign the document? In short the goons at the IRS do not want to take any risk for their unlawful actions.
What the IRS will often do is suggest that you file for a Request for a Collection Due Process Hearing by using Form 12153. Then you will be deceived into becoming a Plaintiff, and then must prove that you don't owe the taxes that the IRS allege that you owe in their corrupt Tax Court.
The IRS has scam after scam waiting for the unwwary!

I did a FOIA requesting a 23C for the years in question, and they didn't produce one. In their stock reply, IRS said 23C's were no longer in use, and tried to pawn off another form. Will this lack of 23C help my position?
