Quote:On Oct 1, the army reportedly will be stationed within the US to quell any and all disorder using deadly force against anyone who exercises their First Amendment rights. Go here http://tw.youtube.com/watch?v=jYxTzDFofZQ&feature=related. The targets include “tax defiers”…see related videos.I have great respect for most all of your posting as it appears well thought out, but this is suspect. Here you have some hicks on Youtube claiming to know the plans and operations of our armed forces, and you add to it claiming deadly force against even nontaxpayers.
Get real.
While I don't put it past some bureaucrats in govt to want to see this kind of operation carried out, this is out there.
Back up your claims, or take it to some gossip forum.

Why wouldn't someone who wants to seriously understand the nuances and verbage of an “actual” court case want to know its docket information and origin??? Get real!

Writing letters and affidavits to IRS folks is not accomplishing anything.I am glad I saw these videos even though I do not understand everything because the guy moves way too fast.
But I got the gist of it and it has pissed me off. 😡 It is almost as if everything I have done and devoted my life to for 10+ years was all for nothing.

[post=”4939″]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post]Believe me, you have not wasted your time studying the legal underpinnings of this great Republic, even though you have exposed the rot in the process!
I believe we all at this forum have benefited from your knowledge and discernment, and it spurs me to dig a little deeper to discover the truth.
There was mention made in a prior post about the nexus between a signatory on a FDIC bank account essentially made one occupy a public office or involvement in a “trade or business” I have never seen this connection in case law, and personally think this is a non issue.
The reality is that there are numerous wins against the corrupt DOJ, so we have to learn to beat them at their own game.

I say right on to accountability with the State pols.
Quote:What I would like to see, are state laws that makes it a criminal offense for a state legislator to vote for a law or regulation if that said law or regulation later is declared to be unconstitutional. At the very least, quick impeachment or dismissal for each legislator with a prohibition against holding office again. It has to cost them, kind of like Jail for Judges.

I'm not a big fan of permits in that we already have the Second Amendment permit, but it is what it is.
What if an Amendment to a state constitution is placed prohibiting gay marriage? Will that state be required to recognize the marriage?

Bing, you made this statement:
Quote:or where the USG has jurisdiction, such as interstate travel on an airplane. If this is the case that the USG has jusisdiction on interstate travel (which I don't concur unless it is for commercial purposes), than what prevents the USG from setting up ports of entry at all state boarders and requiring Real ID at those points of entry.
Same difference whether air or land.

In Paradise the IRS goes down in flames again! Lucky Bennett understands the law like so many other Americans.
[That law is that the IRS has NOTHING to do with them because it is NOT an agency of the Governemnt (they have admitted this in court in an Idaho case)……]
In the above mentioned case in Idaho, this quote was taken out of context. Did the govt. really admit that?
I think there is more to it than meets the eye.

Just to give you an idea how people are fooled… the word power there is actually the strongest word in the Greek language for the absolute right to choose. It is even translated liberty or right in other verses of the bible. So what Paul is actually saying is:
I like to take things in context!
Paul here is speaking about governmental authority. The word you claim is “power” is the Greek word “exousia” which used in the context of this scripture translates to mean: authority, jurisdiction.
You see, he goes on to reference rulers and authorities in the CONTEXT of civil government.
Correct me if I am wrong.
Besides, I don't want to take away from an otherwise excellent post

Try Hulda Clark's “A Cure For All Diseases”. She has a concoction in there that looks potent. That one comes to mind.
