  • I believe Bing has every right and even a duty to examine and point out defects in the legal approach of a public person in the THM.

That kind of research and insight helps sharpen all of us who read and study these issues.

I didn’t catch the “they had it coming because of……” part of Bing’s response

As for the issue of pride emanating from PAM, it’s his opinion, and he’s entitled to it.

But I value your opinion as well!

“The Lord’s church is not tax-exempt, it is non-taxable. The meaning of exempt is, “Free, or released, from some liability to which others are subject; excepted from the operation or burden of some law.”

The church for which Christ died, is not liable for the laws that the state passes for corporations and other tax-exempt Public Charities such as corporations, unincorporated associations or corporations sole, etc. (See IRS Pub. 1828).”

That’s all fine and dandy unless they have filed for a 501c3, and plowed themselves into that ditch at some point.

It would be awesome to see multitudes of this congregation getting saved, re-born and on fire for Jesus!

12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

    You know that old saying:

    Quote:
“Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care”

Of course, in this forum, it's all about accurate information rather than personality.

And when somebody's freedom is on the line, truth and sound dialog should be paramount.

But, you'll always catch more flies with honey!

  • Personally, I believe they are trying to squeeze the gunowners out of the market.

If they can't outlaw gun ownership, they'll do the next best thing….corner the ammo market.

    Just an opinion.

WD-40's formula is a trade secret. The product is not patented to avoid completely disclosing its ingredients.[2][3]WD-40's main ingredients, according to U.S. Material Safety Data Sheet information, are:

§ 50% Stoddard solvent (i.e., mineral spirits: primarilyhexane, somewhat similar to kerosene)

§ 25% Liquefied petroleum gas (presumably as a propellant;carbon dioxide is now used instead to reduce WD-40's considerable flammability)

§ 15+% Mineral oil (light lubricating oil)

    § 10-% Inert ingredients

The German version of the mandatory EU safety sheet lists the following safety-relevant ingredients:

§ 60–80% Heavy Naphtha (petroleum product), hydrogentreated

    § 1–5% Carbon dioxide

It further lists flammability and effects to the human skin when repeatedly exposed to WD-40 as risks when using WD-40. Nitrile rubber gloves and safety glasses should be used. Water is unsuitable for extinguishing burning WD-40.

There is a popular urban legend that the key ingredient in WD-40 is fish oil.[4] However, the WD-40 web site states that it is a petroleum based product.[5][6]

This applies to “leveraged and margin” accounts…..not Joe Schmoe going into his coin shop to purchase coins or bullion.

Never fails to amaze me how the news industry loves to sensationalize and obfuscate facts and data to garner more circulation.
