It is not that I am confused in my position I truly feel I am not liable for income tax. The things that confuse me are all of the Big Guy's Eddie, and Irwin are in a huge battle! They I believe were formable opponents to the IRS however no matter how bullet proof people appear to be it seem the IRS finds the Achilles tendon of that person! I my self relied on Eddie's group for my defense 🙁 as stupid as that is. I feel convicted to use Eddie and thought he was right on target up to the point when he did the Corporate Sole! Then I though I was committed to his ideology, which for the most part was OK.

So if you are question my conviction I can assure you I am a non-taxpayer. My problem is I need a vehicle to thwart off my attacker and give myself some breathing room! If that can happen I could expense some time to do proper research and position my self to answer these kind of letters.

Another problem is I work in an IRS friendly company. They have all ready garnished a pipefitters wages for 7 month and the only way he could get relief was to go to Tax court! He try to sue the person that was allowing his wages to be Illegally take however the company would not allow the summons to be served citing it was against company policy to do it on company property and the server complied with the company! Consequently, I need time to come up with a strategy to defend my position and give me an opportunity to learn the ropes. So any assistance you could provide I would greatly appreciate it 🙂 .
