I wanted to let you know that in general, this is a bunch that will appear to be a little cold to outsiders and new people. If you think about the nature of the site, it is understandable.
You will probably get not much instruction (the site already has thousands of pages and links which is helpful enough for anyone wanting to teach themselves), a little verbal spanking here and there if you ask without knowing the proper way to do so, and be told to learn on your own if you just ask for help or advice. I want to let you know so that you don't just give up and quit if you feel sleighted.
There are links to state resources if you look closely enough at the site pages and links.
Be sure to go to the homepage and follow all the instructions and guidelines, including the member agreements/instructions that are posted for their benefit.
As a parent of five children, I understand your desire to leave a legacy of freedom and spiritual purity for your children.
Welcome.
Of course, this is all just my religious opinion and has nothing to do with the site or any of its members, and will probably be edited by Admin:)

I don't know how you make the time to find all this stuff, but I do appreciate you posting these links. I have close family in Texas and have already downloaded the book to send to them.
Thanks.

Thanks for your comments, I do feel empowered going through this, and thanks to what I have learned here regarding my own responsibility, I am pushing through with learning what I can to do to educate and help myself.
The vehicle loan did just go one payment past due, so technically it is in default now, but only because the bank refused to accept the payment! I have the cash in hand to pay the loan off in full, and they will not accept it. So, my plan now is to wait until they file with the judge, then when I am served I will go to the court and pay them the amount and register that I have paid the judgement and wait for the hearing. I have a family member here in town that has rental properties and when she has to go to the magistrate to evict, the magistrate always forces her to accept payment in court if the renter has the money on hand at the time. I am hoping the situation will be similar. I do plan on visiting the magistrate to get a feel for what their opinion is and how they normally see these things. I think this will help me in preparing for the hearing.
All things considered, it is interesting to have a full and total payoff ready, yes in Federal Reserve Notes, and have the bank refuse payment. I really do think they are not doing well financially, but that is just opinion.
When this is all over, I would like to take about a month off to research the motor vehicle code in this state in order to try to start giving something back to the website/forum, it would make me feel good to do that. The things that are on the sites from the other states are great, and I would like to be able to research and add more details from this state to the site.
Thanks again,
Paul

Thank you everyone for allowing my personal little prayer request section. Feel free to ignore the inconvenience, I don't have any other venue for releasing some of this tension.
The bank showed up tonight on the shop property with a huge tow truck intending to take my delivery truck. I asked them to show me paperwork proving that they had a right to take the truck, and they had no paperwork. I was told that they would get a court order, and I told them to do that, and without it, I would not allow them to take anything. I also informed the banker that I had not received anything from them regarding their intent on the truck or the property, so if he wanted to make any claims, he needed to do so in writing. They left without the truck.
My plan is to go to the magistrate tomorrow and try to determine if the bank has legal ground to refuse payment or refuse me paying off the loan. If so, I will try to get the bank to give me written notice that they will not accept payment or complete payoff. I might go to one of the branches and try to pay off the loan at a teller window, and ask for a receipt stating that the loan is paid in full and hopefully use that as a cancellation of the cross collateralization.
I do have a full work day tomorrow and the next, so I am hoping to make some time for some research. I feel better already, thanks for tolerating my outpourings.
BTW, I did read the C.Hansen case here on the site today, and if anyone hasn't, it is worth the time. I will make you feel empowered and encourage you to learn the law, and how it is applied, so that you can reclaim your rights.
Thanks again.

Thanks everyone for your prayers.
I have been trying to work things out with the bank in the last week, and it seemed that we had worked out a situation where I would pay the back interest ($2000)on the property and then pay interest only for 6 months to get re-established. I was to collect around $7k last week but the customer is waiting on their bank to release funds for another draw against their homeloan.
My bank called today and said that they changed their mind and want my to bring the keys to the building (property) and the keys to my delivery truck. I first asked them why they wanted the truck, I am not behind on the payments and only have 3 payments left anyway, and would need it to move out of the building since they changed their mind. They responded that there was a contingency clause that allowed them to default all of my loans regardless of whether any of the loans were in default as long as one loan was in default. I did tell them that the “loan” that was in default had just run out of its term and we were in the negotiation process of reinstating it.
I have not received any paperwork from them about being behind in payments or in default on the delivery vehicle, and I did not think they could just come and take it without some kind of paperwork being done. The truck is worth at least $10k, and I only owe $1,500 bucks on it. It would be better for me to sell it back to the dealership (who is interested). I don't know how legal that is, the bank said they would not accept payoff on the vehicle under any circumstance, and that they had the legal right to refuse payment because of the default clause.
I did not join this site to avoid taxes, bankruptcy, or to learn how to do anything illegal. I joined to learn what the truth is, and for that I am grateful. Those that contribute to this site and the writings are storing up treasure in heaven in my opinion. I do feel like if I had started on this journey earlier I could stand up for myself in court, but unfortunately I do not have enough knowledge yet, which is bitter sweet.
They also said no to redoing the loan without me having a social security number, so I guess it is over anyway on that level. I just did not think that they would or could refuse payment on a loan that was not in default, and that kind of knocked the wind out of my sails. I also do not understand the concept of giving them the keys to the building when there has been no legal paperwork started for foreclosure or anything like that. Interesting.
Anyway, please pray for me and my family. I do feel sometimes like my whole life represents an arrow that was released slightly off target, and now that I have landed (seen the truth) I am looking at the target and it is so far away, and it is hard to not get a little depressed about it, wishing that I had been taught the truth from the time that I was young. I do not know what to do, but I do know that I am NOT giving anyone keys to anything without paperwork of some kind first.
Thank you for letting me ramble, it feels good to just get it out. Most of my family and friends do not understand what I try to tell them about our government and country, so having this little thread is a good release for me and helps me to feel like I am not alone.
God Bless and thanks again. I would appreciate any comments good or bad and I understand that I am responsible for my situation and how to deal with it and that any response that I get is opinion and religious belief and nothing more.

That is not funny.
Ok, yes it is, and it made me laugh.

I have a friend with a .50, boy is it loud. I am in process of getting a pump action shotgun for home defense, loaded with some dove loads. Nothing compares to the sound of that pump racking, and the dove loads will stop anyone short distance, but have a harder time going through walls like a bullet. And they are not expensive to purchase. Having said that, I did just buy another rifle this weekend, an AR-15, easy to maintain and lots of ammo available. Get 'em while you still can!
I did read that stocking up on canned goods would help after fallout, they can be traded in place of money.

It seems like what you are saying is when people say gold is worth a certain dollar amount per ounce, or a different dollar amount per ounce, then they don't realize that gold is worth the same “money” because a little bag of worthless money is worth the same as a BIG HUGE bag of worthless money, which is NOTHING. Gold is worth what someone is willing to give you or do for you in order to get you to hand over your gold. Give me a cow, dig this ditch, here is a bushel of squash, how much can gold will you trade for such and such thing that I have or a labor that I will perform.
So, for anyone that is disconnected from the banking network of debit cards, the future AFTER the worldwide economic meltdown and the subsequent worldbank takeovers will be a world where they use their labor and other possessions to trade or barter for things with those that are under the rationing that will take place to regulate how much each person is allowed to buy. The disconnected will be able to barter the goods and services that they create, which will be tough to do when the only method for obtaining food and goods is to make or create them yourself with no ability to “buy” when you have no “number” or “mark of the beast”. Sounds like a call towards self sufficiency.
Thanks for your input about “gold”.
Do you have any opinions about what a person might be able to do before this collapse in order to safeguard themselves against the coming economic storm?
If a person had $10,000 or $5,000 in Fed Reserve Notes, would that person benefit from buying gold to safeguard?
Or is it equally beneficial to have no cash or gold and put the notes into purchasing items that provide self sufficiency before those notes are worth nothing, like buying a milk cow and 500 pounds of wheat for the next two years of making bread?
A solar panel set up so that you can still use your grain mill to grind your wheat because you have nothing to pay for electricity!
Just my random thoughts.

It is not hard to see that the above quotes hold MUCH validity. The question is how to prepare before and survive during and after those things.
Personally, I am stocking up on grain (we grind our own and make all bread products from scratch), we have a well for water and a drip/gravity purification set up, and planted three gardens this year instead of one. There are other things we are doing as well. We should be self sufficient enough by then to survive without money, we are almost there now.
I am curious to hear what anyone else thinks the fallout will look like when nobody has “money” and the rich and poor are back on the same playing field.
Thanks for posting.

Thanks a bunch.
The computer is back to “normal” right now, and I just found out the president of the bank is “no longer with us”. Crazy times. I don't think the bank is doing very well, the President of all the branches came to my little piece of property on Friday to tell me in person that we need to get things worked out.
The issue is that my loan expired three months ago and they requested new financials, returns, etc. and I told them that any paper work would be without SSN because I don't have one, etc. They said they could not take paperwork without it so I said “OK” and then just went about my business. Squatter's rights anyone? Anyway it has been three months of using the property after the loan matured, so now I am going to meet with the “new” person that is in charge. I think the bank president that came by on Friday is scared about his bank, he sure was quick to say they would take just interest payments when I told him he could just have the property back, and pay the taxes and pay for the maintenance.
I am amazed that a bank can use customers credit to loan debt to those customers, use the customers debt lines to borrow much more against those debt lines, charge hundreds of times the interest that they pay the FRB, and STILL CANT STAY IN BUSINESS? I thought that the general public was bad with money, the banks are much worse! They are the worst money managers that I have ever seen!!!
All this is hypothetical though, I just like to talk about scenarios as a hobby or religious belief, and thank you for your prayers.

Fabulous.
Gun control means hitting what you aim at.
And using both hands….
I knew that El Paso was rough, but that last time I traveled through there, I did not look that third world. It is like the cop was playing “Time Crisis” in real life.
EDIT: not that it matters…
But I think that these photos might have been taken in Brazil. The green phone booth, the license plate of the truck, the pistol is a beretta or taurus knockoff, and usually USA LE are issued sig or glock. The “Gravia” factory in the one photo probably means Brazil as well. And that motorcyle cop OOZES “not from the USA”. Either way, somebody did try something that was not good for them, and apparently paid the price. Being shot so much and so hard that your arm is broken must be really crappy.

You did not read too much into the statement, and your interpretation is completely accurate.
I believe that the “christians” don't think it matters anymore because they have turned from God to idols (government) and think that the government does not have to be monitored, and this is tied into the false church teachings regarding “not judging” and “don't question anything the church teaches you”.
Most don't want to question church or government because they don't really want to give up their idols, and questioning these things would reveal this truth and leave them in the position that Micah was in Judges 18:24,
Quote:“You have taken away my gods which I made, and the priest, and have gone away, and what do I have besides?” -
I watched the first five minutes of John Harris and then stopped so I could run the Dunn and B like the speaker had shown on the video. I typed in STATE OF (pick a state of the union) and sure enough, everything is a corporation, just like on the video. Here is a link if anyone is interested in seeing for themselves.
on the right side of the screen, type in STATE OF (insert yours)and see what happens.

OUCH.
That is almost as bad as missing the “start here”.
I will say that the amount of information that I have been taking in is definitely using up more RAM than my mind has capacity for so I have been in a little bit of a “mental lock” for a couple of days, thus the reason for cruising YOUTUBE while waiting for it to recover.
