I can't help it, these essays are just so good. Every single piece of info and film and data from the Apollo missions went missing in the early 70's? I would say unbelievable, but we are talking about the United States.
Quote:As it turns out, however, NASA doesn't actually have all of that Moonwalking footage anymore. Truth be told, they don't have any of it. According to the agency, all the tapes were lost back in the late 1970s. All 700 cartons of them. As Reuters reported on August 15, 2006, “The U.S. government has misplaced the original recording of the first moon landing, including astronaut Neil Armstrong's famous 'one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind' … Armstrong's famous moonwalk, seen by millions of viewers on July 20, 1969, is among transmissions that NASA has failed to turn up in a year of searching, spokesman Grey Hautaluoma said. 'We haven't seen them for quite a while. We've been looking for over a year, and they haven't turned up,' Hautaluoma said … In all, some 700 boxes of transmissions from the Apollo lunar missions are missing.”Given that these tapes allegedly documented an unprecedented and unduplicated historical event, one that is said to be the greatest technological achievement of the twentieth century, how in the world would it be possible to, uhmm, 'lose' 700 cartons of them? Would not an irreplaceable national treasure such as that be very carefully inventoried and locked away in a secure film vault? And would not copies have been made, and would not those copies also be securely tucked away somewhere? Come to think of it, would not multiple copies have been made for study by the scientific and academic communities?
Had NASA claimed that a few tapes, or even a few cartons of tapes, had been misplaced, then maybe we could give them the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps some careless NASA employee, for example, absent-mindedly taped a Super Bowl game over one of them. Or maybe some home porn. But does it really seem at all credible to claim that the entire collection of tapes has gone missing – all 700 cartons of them, the entire film record of the alleged Moon landings? In what alternative reality would that happen 'accidentally'?
Unfortunately, it isn't just the video footage that is missing. Also allegedly beamed back from the Moon was voice data, biomedical monitoring data, and telemetry data to monitor the location and mechanical functioning of the spaceship. All of that data, the entire alleged record of the Moon landings, was on the 13,000+ reels that are said to be 'missing.' Also missing, according to NASA and its various subcontractors, are the original plans/blueprints for the lunar modules. And for the lunar rovers. And for the entire multi-sectioned Saturn V rockets.
There is, therefore, no way for the modern scientific community to determine whether all of that fancy 1960s technology was even close to being functional or whether it was all for show. Nor is there any way to review the physical record, so to speak, of the alleged flights. We cannot, for example, check the fuel consumption throughout the flights to determine what kind of magic trick NASA used to get the boys there and back with less than 1% of the required fuel. And we will never, it would appear, see the original, first-generation video footage.
You would think that someone at NASA would have thought to preserve such things. No wonder we haven't given them the money to go back to the Moon; they'd probably just lose it.

Found it, thanks!

I agree. How about asking the Rep. to let people know the TRUTH that there is no law that requires them to register their personal auto and that when they do register, the State then owns it.
THAT would go over well, no?
They can't allow this because the first thing that would happen would be people getting pissed and rioting and demanding all the money back and then suing for damages.

If any FG regular present who has posted at least 250 posts, wants me to scan in the Table of Contents of this book, just let me know. And then I will post any letters that are of interest to the FG regulars. The reason I set the 250 post threshold is to prevent some IRS mole from tricking me into wasting my time, by asking me to post the ToC and then also post copies of letters as well.[attachment=225:Letter.1.0.PDF]
I am still on the outside looking in, like the little brother watching the older brothers play football and just not being big enough to be accepted. 😕
Only 200 more posts to go 😀 !
I spend most of my time reading these posts, which is good, because I probably “foot in mouth” myself by posting more than I realize. 😮

My personal opinion is that this is an election ploy.
Anyone that does enough research into writing that bill should know and understand the administrative and private nature of the codes, and should introduce legislation that would make it mandatory for the government to PUBLISH THE TRUTH regarding the nature and jurisdiction and relationship of the State or State to the man and woman, and the difference between man, person, human being, alien, etc.
THAT would be the patriotic thing to do, in keeping with the highest and only true Law, the Law given by the Creator.

MemberSeptember 29, 2010 at 1:06 am in reply to: Authority of state codes to mandate actionI am still studying and learning here and on the SEDM site as well, and in order to further my understanding and make that knowledge “applicable” where the rubber meets the road, I am posting some things I have noticed in the Georgia Constitution and/or codes and I am commenting on these observations in order to allow any others to comment. I am wanting to learn from any input, so thank you in advance for any comments.
Title 1 Chapter 2 of the OCGA, which is labeled as “Persons and their Rights”, has the following entries;
Quote:§ 1-2-1. Classes of persons generally; corporations deemed artificial persons; nature of corporations generally(a) There are two classes of persons: natural and artificial.
(b) Corporations are artificial persons. They are creatures of the law and, except insofar as the law forbids it, they are subject to be changed, modified, or destroyed at the will of their creator.
§ 1-2-2. Categories of natural persons
Natural persons are categorized, according to their rights and status, as:
(1) Citizens;
(2) Citizens of the United States but not of this state; and
(3) Aliens.
I notice that the definitions for the OCGA are not stated until Title 1 Chapter 3 Section 3, where I find the inclusive and limiting definition of the “term” of “person”. (Thank you FG for sounding the alarm regarding the difference between “word” and “term”. Trying to Evade the Regular Meaning is what I think of now when I read “term”, so I know to think like a snake.)
Quote:§ 1-3-3. DefinitionsAs used in this Code or in any other law of this state, the term:
(14) “Person” includes a corporation.
There is no wording that ties Title 1 Chapter 2 of the OCGA, which is labeled as “Persons and their Rights” to the definitions section in chapter 3. The wording that I would expect would be something like “in addition to” or “as well as”. When I don't see this wording, I understand that the item 14 definition above is limiting the definition of “person” to include and ONLY include a corporation.
It seems to me that the sections § 1-2-1 and § 1-2-2 are general statements, but have no application or force in the rest of the OCGA. There is nothing that indicates where or how these general statements are to apply to any other part of the OCGA, or to the definitions in any chapter or section. The wording does not say “we define” or “for the purpose of this code”, or any other standard method for stating intent, implementation, or application. § 1-2-1 and § 1-2-2 are not in the primary definitions section, and have no wording that indicates the section itself or the content therein is to be used as definitions or terms in any way throughout the code or in any law or court of the land.
Section 1-3-3 is titled “Laws and Statutes” and is pretty clear that the definitions therein govern the entire OCGA and “any other law of this state”. Other titles in the code have general statements, but they appear in order to establish a department or serve some specific purpose and those sections specifically say why they are written, such as the following section:
Quote:§ 2-2-1. Department of Agriculture establishedThere is established a Department of Agriculture for this state.
Why § 1-2-1 and § 1-2-2 are not listed in the definitions section or tied to definitions sections, or implemented or applied clearly is beyond my current understanding. In trying to determine who is subject to a part of the OCGA or the OCGA entirely, I first must be clear on how the OCGA defines “person” in each section of the code. So far as this code is concerned, I only see “person” as a corporation.
§ 40-1-1 section of the OCGA, the motor vehicle section, has another definition for “person” that is more encompassing but only covers the Title 40 section of the code.
Quote:(43) “Person” means every natural person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, or trust. With natural persons being “defined” in section § 1-2-2 as
Quote:(1) Citizens;(2) Citizens of the United States but not of this state; and
(3) Aliens.
…and Citizens being “described” as…
Quote:§ 1-2-3. Duration of citizenshipUntil citizenship is acquired elsewhere, a citizen of this state continues to be a citizen of this state and of the United States.
…and Aliens being “described” as…
Quote:§ 1-2-11. Rights of aliens generally; purchase, holding, and conveyance of realty(a) Aliens are the subjects of foreign governments who have not been naturalized under the laws of the United States.
(b) Aliens who are subjects of governments at peace with the United States and this state, as long as their governments remain at peace with the United States and this state, shall be entitled to all the rights of citizens of other states who are temporarily in this state and shall have the privilege of purchasing, holding, and conveying real estate in this state.
…it seems like anyone participating in this forum would be none of the 3 listed under natural persons.
I still don't understand the implications of everything that I have looked at tonight, but I am tired so probably blundered around in this post.

MemberSeptember 10, 2010 at 3:44 pm in reply to: Authority of state codes to mandate actionThanks a bunch, interesting definition for “person” in the state code, see the full definition below.
“Person” includes a corporation.
The infamous “includes” ;).
So the entire state code, whenever stating “persons”, only applies to corporations… 😀 .

I could not help but watch the video, it was pretty well put together. I liked the last person interviewed, and the things he said about the what is behind the attacks.

You have aroused my curiosity regarding flight 800 and now I have to investigate…. 🙄 .
I know that this is not the 9/11 forum, but has anyone watched September Clues? I really appreciate the video analysis in that movie. The situation with the planes in the network archive footage is fascinating.
Still amazed at the first post and the lack of evidence linking any of the planes to the sites. 😮
-
The only problem that I could not figure out with the 9/11 conspiracy camp was “what happened to the planes and passengers” argument. I have always LOVED the below link and thought that the info was well presented and gave a very good angle on what the real situation was/is for explaining what happened to the 4 planes.
I know that this is not along the lines of the above post, which deals with assumption, but there is a little bit of that thrown into any discussion about the planes. We assume that the planes even existed.

Oh my goodness, Obama really IS Frodo. “Throw the ring away!”
LOL, that was spot on.
Wait a minute, should I really be laughing at this?
