Thanks for that post, it was hard to watch it. The public has become so desensitized to numbers, they were saying 700 billion lost and just kept on talking. I talked with a former “mentor” in person on Saturday regarding his real estate in the small county we were in at the time. His portfolio in the one county was appraised at 7.5 million three years ago, and it is now down to just over 3 million, and the banks won't foreclose or take any of it back until the value goes back up.

He says he thinks it would take a minimum of three years to get to the point where the economy is starting to stabilize. I asked him why he used the word “would” instead of will. He said because he does not think that it will recover, citing the fact that billions of dollars have done absolutely nothing except make it worse. He later confided that he had not made payments on certain properties for over 16 months due to his beliefs regarding the future.

    FWIW.

I would say “unbelievable”, but we ARE talking about the United States**.

I am still giggling about this. This is like taking your paper airplane to NASA so you can explain to them the concepts of flight.

Please admins, feel free to delete my two posts. I really am thankful for this, for some reason I find this unbelievably funny and will probably regret my rudeness shortly.

This is the funniest post that I have read in a long time. I am sorry if my response offends anyone. I actually can't stop laughing right now.

Thank you, whoever you are, I really needed this break from reality, and I am now going to go get the popcorn so I can really enjoy the rest of the show.

We use the sun for Vitamin D as much as we can, and neither of us have been to the doctor in over a decade. Vitamin D is awesome, and is much more effective against sickness than the toxic H1N1.

    Vitamin D better than H1N1

Sweet potatoes are what we normally eat, and we eat a lot of them for their nutritional values. We grow organic and I have one right now that grew into a circle. It is 9 inches in diameter and 4.5 inches thick. Lots of vitamin D in that one!

I do not agree with the writers evolution views, but is correct on Vitamin D. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for posting, that was an interesting read.

I was a little surprised regarding the police powers to checkpoint for drivers licensing and registration. I guess I expected something alluding that being unconstitutional due to not needing those in order to “move about the common ways”.

I think that I will serve an affidavit to the Chief of Police in this area summarizing the laws and regs for the TSA so that there is a record of the Police Department being informed of these unlawful and unauthorized acts.

That way when anyone is sued, there is record that any law enforcement officer participating is liable as well, the purpose being to give the police, who are supposed to KNOW the law in order to ENFORCE the law, a valid reason to stand up to TSA and say, “NO, we will not enforce this.”

Anyone care to critique my affidavit before I send it?

    Thanks

Thanks for posting that info, and thanks for the time and effort that went into putting it together. Let's get the ACLU onto the tax honesty issue now that they are “implementing regulation” savvy.

I know that this is an older thread, but the topic of “State” and the points made by Admin are very valuable when trying to understand what the codes are really saying. Laws are limiting and not expanding because proper notice is required. If a servant can expand law at whim, then we are all at the mercy of those whims and have not been given proper notice. And without proper notice, there is no lawful consent. These “persons” in CONgress are very sneaky in how they hide the fact that their power is very much limited.

Here is an example from Title 21 Chapter 13 that is similar to all the other references throughout the FG and SEDM websites that show how they keep refining their cloak and dagger.

    Quote:
    (26) The term “State” means a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.

    1996 – Par. (26). Pub. L. 104-294, Sec. 607(j)(1), amended par.

    (26) generally. Prior to amendment, par. (26) read as follows: “The term 'State' means any State, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the Canal Zone.”

The amendment is more telling and shows that prior to 1996 the definition of “State” was less deceptive and could more easily be understood as meaning NOT a constitutional state of the Union. But, that would reveal the true nature of the elephant being balanced on top of a pin, so it was changed to the current definition that is shown above.

    Hey, thanks for the replies.

I know that all of you know the truth of these things, my post was showing that it was listed on the GPO website. I was pointing out the content of the site, not the fact that those codes are not enacted law.

I know that most people can't make it past the FG homepage without falling down, let alone being able to start with the big red “START HERE” that is on the front page. It is sometimes helpful for me to point people to the government sites so they can see it coming from the gooberment's own mouth. Of course, even then they don't believe it because they don't want to.

BTW, I have found some interesting things in the US codes while researching my raw milk and marijuana laws, all prompted by or strengthened by my time here at FG, reading the documentation and also participating in the forums. Using this site to be self sufficient (like we are supposed to) has been great for me.

    Thanks again all.

Could he try entering 000-00-0000 for the social security number?

And ask them to withhold the 8% and send it to where they choose as a gift and cut the check for the rest?

The unfortunate situation is that the company is following their policy, and the workers cannot change or make up policy or they will lose their jobs. A man would want to keep in friendly communication with the company so that they can together come up with a way to give the system something that it accepts in the “vacant” areas that are preventing the system from unlocking for them both.

It sounds like that situation comes down to needing a number of some kind, so if that situation ever happended, the man might want to suggest different ways to satisfy the number requirement.

And he would be wise to not put all his hope in working for that particular company, but keep working his network for odd jobs and side work that might even pay more than the company mentioned in the hypothetical.
