I am not sure what you are saying, but if I were looking for that info, I would go to the homepage for this site, and click on the “Research Tools” button.

At that page I would scroll down to the section titled “Third Party Research and Tools”.

    The first section is

    Quote:
SEDM Jurisdictions Database, Litigation Tool #10.001-Complete database of all jurisdictions within the USA, including all 50 states and territories. Describes major contacts, legal points and authorities, court reporters, and web resources. Links are activated so you can use this to locate resources on the web. Excellent!SEDM Litigation Tools page

IF I were to click on that page, I would be able to scroll down to the information for Arizona and see that there is a link for the statutes. That link would take me to this page.

A Google search using the phrase “Arizona Revised Statutes” also seems to pull up the same “azleg” website as the first hit.

Again, I am not sure what you are saying in your post, but if I were looking for statutes for AZ, I would do the above. Of course, I did have surgery yesterday to remove a metal plate from my arm, so I am on drugs right now and might not understand your post correctly.

    IMHO,

Court cases where the defendant beats the IRS will not be found because:

    • Tax courts are for taxpayers, not nontaxpayers, so anyone in those courts has already lost.
    • Any case that is actually won by a defendant will be sealed so that nobody can learn from it or know what happened.

Most taxpayers pay up before any fight with the IRS, most nontaxpayers are not even on the IRS radar.

If you have not read “Hoax”, you should sit down and read it and save all questions until you are done, it answers a lot of the things that will come to mind when learning about this stuff.

For the purpose of this post, like all my posts, the word “you” is not addressing anyone specific, but is to be construed as indicating the general.

There are some funny movie references in the film, from “Back to the Future” to “300”. I actually laughed a couple of times.

The following link is the best source that I have found for applicable research and instruction regarding sustainable and effective cooking and heating without electricity. The page in this link is to one of their publications pages and I highly recommend the “Capturing HEAT: Five Earth-Friendly Cooking Technologies and How to Build Them” pamphlet. This organization has been doing work in the area of sustainable heating and cooking for years, and their designs do work well.

If you believe as I do that an event changing the geography of the earth is coming soon, preparing your mind with the knowledge of alternative heating and cooking methods would be a wise allocation of your time.

    Hey Buc,

One issue that I feel is quite common for those going through the Path to Freedom is how to live and function when straddling the fence. “Straddling the fence” is that time when you understand that something is wrong and you start to educate yourself in truth and law but are not strong enough yet to ride out the tidal wave that seems to be coming in your direction. It is not hard for a new member to imagine that they have just poked the bear, stirred the pot, smacked the bee hive, crapped in the parlor, and now the grizzly, the swarm, the cook, and the butler are all carrying pitch forks and lanterns.

This path to understanding the basics of law and how to apply it in real time takes years to establish. I understand that this does not always bode well for someone that needs to know what to do RIGHT NOW OR NEXT WEEK.

You have got to stay the course and tough it out. As much as receiving admonishment is not enjoyable, you are stronger for it. It is so tempting to want to tap into the knowledge of this forum, but there is a proper way to do it.

I will also state that in my own experiences, if you have information without the knowledge of where that information comes from you will have no power, the enemy will see your weakness and exploit it. It is mandatory that you have the knowledge of why your information has power, as all law is only as strong and valid as the authority that is creating it, the consent of those that submit to it, and the enforcement and enacting of those that are putting that law into effect. IMHO.

The forum members are not going to tell you what to do, but they will tell you where your information is flawed. If you don't present the information that you are using to draw your conclusions, then the members assume that you are simply trying to steal fish instead of fishing for yourself. You might get different responses if you tell what your findings are, what you plan on doing (hypothetically of course) and then the responses that you get will be about the flaws in YOUR system, belief, or understanding of law.

    Just my experience.

BTW, the word “you” and “your” in this post are meant in the general, not the specific, and are not applied to any one person but are construed to apply hypothetically as a general concept or idea, the subject of “you” and “your” being a nonexistent and non factual entity.

May 17, 2011 at 12:33 pm in reply to: Resisting Ilegal entry of police is against public policy

The implied and inherent conclusion of this stupid court majority is this:

Any illegal action that could have a civil remedy after said action is now allowable and the only remedy for correcting this physical violent act is now through a civil remedy.

What should be obvious is that ANY action can have a civil remedy after the fact. Anyone can make any claim at any time against any person.

The result of this unconstitutional ruling is that police can now conduct any illegal act that they want because there will be a civil remedy for the victim. And if an officer can illegally enter without fear of resistance, then an officer can take any item in your home or possession, because the remedy for that theft can be pursued in civil court.

This ruling throws the entire basis of law on it's head.

    NSFW, strong foul language.

However, he is right on about germs and the state of most citizens. It is applicable to the current discourse.

Like all the other government crap, they take the common and God given word or item, and then pervert it and use it to their own advantage, and this is seen so often in the food related topics.

Sea Salt as created by God is a blessing and wonder.

“Salt” as created by man is horrible for your body.

Raw milk and dairy, non pasteurized and non homogenized is wonderful for the body and can heal in multiple ways.

“Milk” that is homo'ed and pasteurized is basically plastic in your stomach.

Cannabis can help in many ways.

    Marijuana will kill you.

Real butter and red meat from grass fed beef is great for the heart.

“Butter” and “red meat” will kill you.

I could go on for a long time about this.

Even when I was a kid I never understood why we washed our hands after using the bathroom. I always go in the bathroom and wash my hands to clean them BEFORE I touch my junk, then leave without touching anything else.

Why open the same door to get in the bathroom that everyone else touches, and touch all the other germs in that bathroom, then touch your own body, then touch any of the faucets or any other thing in the bathroom by using the same things that everybody else does and carry it with you for the rest of the day?

Especially when your own urine has disinfectant properties on it's own?

Same thing with antibacterial soap killing all the good germs that you hand naturally produces, as designed by God.

The point is that I LOVE SALT!!! And thanks for posting.

I think I am starting to like this guy. I still don't trust him, but that is just what happens when you get a little “Bing” rubbing off on you. (Eyes in the back of my head  )

Buc, I would like to encourage you by saying this:

    Quote:
Even if you do go on federal holiday, God is with you.

I applaud your independent research into the law, you are light years ahead of most, even if you are still trying to come out of the mental atrophy (like me) of how you grew up.

I feel discouraged sometimes too, but keep studying and you will make it, the Bible says He grants wisdom to those that ask for it.

As much as we are conditioned to seek actual face to face meetings, the nature of corruption prevents this in our situation, and any fellowship will probably be anonymous meetings here, or your local group of people that have seen the light and want to take the same journey.

The support that you can receive here, unlike legal advice which is non existent on this site in all forms, is sound. Follow the Path to Freedom, verify everything with facts, and you will truly be free no matter what happens to you.

And most importantly, I will pray for you regarding this situation.

I agree with your analysis, and also very much agree about the local direction needed for making a difference, which is what Fine is doing with those judges in California.

The power of government is derived from playing in their game, and the best way to render them powerless is to simply take the ball which belongs to us, and go home.

You can try to call me a spoil sport, but it won't matter because I will be outside the jurisdiction of your little ball field. 😀 Probably won't even hear you yapping.

Being Texan by marriage, I can tell you that Texas is in fact it's own country, superior to all others in the world, and only lets the US and the States think that Texas is IN the US, or affiliated with any other “State” because they are too busy being AWESOME to deal with what some other piddly lesser insignificant groups think or feel or yip and yap about.

    My source for this info?

My inlaws tell me this at every family get together, so it is true, but you can just ask anyone within the exterior limits of the Texas state if you need to verify for yourself. 😀

I appreciate you posting this, I have tried to keep up with this story.

The sobering thing about this is Fine's 18 month confinement. Lots of people want to be free, not many understand what it means to “take up the cross and follow”, spiritually AND in the Freedom Movement, which I believe to be one and the same.

    Thanks again.
