To whom it may concern:I'm all by myself on this,i'm not to familiar with a few legal materials,but i'm making effort to try and understand everything i'm reading,in the forms and instructions it mentioned something about a cover letter for you to download, i was tring to find out exactly what cover letter they were talking about,so i can have an idea of what and how a cover looks,but i never was able to find where it was at.i posted my question to seek a little ,it not like i need anyone to send my papers in ,i was just needind a little clarification on some of the instructions,thats all,so if you can assist me please do,you can even call me if you want (704)858-5734.i'm just trying to get myself exempt from the government ,i have nothing in life but God guiding me to a better understanding,all i want is for the police to leave me alone,so i can finally make a living,thats my story for real!

I'M TRYING TO GET GET MY PAPERS DONE TOO. IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN ASSIST ME IN KNOWING WHAT THE COVER LETTER IS, THAT GOES ALONG WITH THE SS-5 FORM? FOR SOME REASON I CANT FIGURE WHAT IT IS SO IF CAN PLEASE ASSIST ME,IT WILL BE WELL APPRECIATED!
