Well, as the the title of this post says, I do believe it would. If they change anything in what was/is/ or can be considered the so called contract for the so called “federal-officeholders,” then the contract should void out as it would be fraud otherwise. Really though it is already fraud as it doesn't satisfy the requirements for a contract, or federal office position. I suppose one could go into the fact that we claimed a status that we were not by signing under penalties of perjury, but then they forced us to learn untruthful stuff in school and never ever tried to rectify the problem. That problem I just talked about is the government knowing what was going on, creating it to be that way, and never trying to inform people otherwise. As a matter of fact it was right the opposite. They tried to hush people up who found/find out. I mean come on seriously they can not play dumb with this, millions of americans holding federal office when there are only just a few slots for.
I would love some comments on this next thought if anyone wants to chime in:
Even if they do try to charge us with perjury, could we not just counterclaim them for “conspiracy against rights,” “leading the public,” “breach of trust,” and “exceeding jurisdiction” just to name a few.

The Constitution is a trust agreement/ which is a contract, so if he suspends or nullifies the contract which binds him, that is a breach of the trust, and we can sue him. I would also think that since the trust/contract has been violated that any and all statutes/branches of government/and the 3 letter agencies claiming power over anyone has just lost all authority to do so. Which also leads me to believe that any and all U.S. citizens revert back to state citizenship, nullifying stuff like SSN, IRS, etc. I like how someone put it (I dont remember who).
Quote:“If you own the school and get tired of working as the head, and you decide to apply to become a janitor, that doesnt mean that you do not have any say so anymore or that you cant still get things done.”I do not remember ceding sovereignty over to anyone. Just certain enumerated powers. So they (the government) can get stuff done for me/us. As a matter of fact the North Carolina Constitution says:
Quote:NORTH CAROLINA STATE CONSTITUTIONARTICLE I
DECLARATION OF RIGHTS
Sec. 2. Sovereignty of the people.
All political power is vested in and derived from the people; all government of right originates from the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the whole.
These were not new ideas as the Declaration of Independence talks about the same thing as you mentioned earlier in your post. Its just that though, “All political power is vested in and derived from the people,” we never gave up our political power. Everything the government can do we can do and more. “All government of right,” which means when it becomes wrong it is De Facto.
I really do think we can sue them for breach of trust as that contract brings them down to a level where they can be sued. I also think that the U.S. citizen is nullified when the contract that created it is nullified. But hey, we ordained and established, not them. I love that you Quoted one of my favorite lines ever,
Quote:“Governments derive their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed.”All we ever have to do is revoke our consent and our silence can never be mistaken as consent again.
Any way I have taken this as far as I want to take it. Thanks for the heads up.
