I noticed the amended form is demanding a face to face hearing only. Why would`nt correspondense be just as good. I had a correspondence one with the regular form over five months ago with no problem.

I have resolved number 1 and 3. But after saving my date and the program breaks down the DLN number but it does not show the subfields for that transaction code which is 150. I still have to type them in manually.
