Hi Folks –

I was really hoping multiple someones would stop by and reply about their own experiences in asking the IRS thru FOIA to get a copy of their TXMOD- or is it TXMODA? I was really puzzled when I sent in the letter that the IMF Decoder writes and got a 'no TXMOD' answer…. made me think the template had a mis-spell or something and the IRS was telling the 'exact' truth.

I Also was thinking that when certain transactions occur that allow a Notice of Deficiency and SFR to be generated, that those actions or transactions guaranteed that there was a TXMOD created? Anyone have insight here? Educate me please! Can it be that a Notice of Deficiency and an SFR can be created without a TXMOD to show who did it all??
