You're in good company then, because I can imagine that those very thoughts have crossed the mind of everybody that has come out of, or extracted themselves from, the “way of the world” and there's only one answer.

There is absolutely nothing going through the mind's of any of these people. Not of any beneficial value anyway. The “way of the world” stems from sin an sin only breeds vanity, voidness, and death. I Timothy 4:1 & 2 says it best.

Don't worry too much about Sonik, he's a young pup and his bark is worse than his bight. Let him yap on, for his efforts serve, at least in some respects, a valuable purpose and in a few years he will come to see that his approach needs a little refining.
Should he fail to recognize his faults, there will come a day (after the People of this nation have recovered it from the imposters who are currently trying to hold us in servitude) when he will be recognized as to who he is and some may hold these things against him, therefore, if he doesn't learn to respect these people now, he'll pay in the long run.

It appears Larry was never fully impressed with what people consider to be the ?freedom movement” from the git-go. He apparently had a problem with the interpretation of the underlying evidence contained in public records, court records and the law.

You've trashed what I've had to say before. At that time it was private and verbal. Now it's in writing, and public. This is your chance to trash it again, or bless it.. Either way, the patriot movement will benefit, but only if you do it with thoughtfulness, rationality, and clear, substantive legal argument. If you again merely opine (without rational argument) that I am wrong, or if you simply remain silent, I am certain that the public at large will know how to interpret that.

I have discovered that many of the seemingly good information sites out are in fact knowingly or unknowingly contributing to Americas? demise.
For myself, I have found that through deceptive color of law, words of art, and the public fool system have collectively tried to hoodwink me into voluntary slavery subject to a state sponsored false religion.
For myself, I can?t find anywhere that participating in State sponsored religious proceedings is beneficial or wise.
Someone might find that the benefit they seek by way of an appeal is in fact a web that was spun for ones own demise.
For myself, knowing who has jurisdiction over me is of paramount importance if I want to stay out of the State sponsored corporate political slave camps.
Lastly as for myself, I conclude that knowing who I am, and who I am not is perhaps the one most important fundamental and foundational defense available anywhere. A freeman is not free unless he knows his rights and is able to defend them when challenged.

Let me save you guys some time. I can tell you where this topic/discussion is going. Nowhere.
There?s a book in the bible that covers this point exactly. It?s called Job. In that book Job and his friends get together to comfort Job during his crisis. They argue and argue and Job gets upset at them on a number of occasions. He?s upset because they?re not giving him the answers he?s looking for. Nothing they say is doing Job any good.
After listening in on the conversation for as long as was necessary, God interrupts and gives Job all the answers he?s looking for. In fact, he tells Job what it was he was looking for to begin with. GOD.
At the end of the book, God accepts Job and rebukes the others. Why? Job had been just as obstinate and obnoxious as the rest. He bitched and complained as well as they did. Why did God praise Job? Because after all was said and done, Job gave God the right answer. Job told God that he was sorry for ever doubting him and that he believed everything God had said was true.
End of story. Believe God, he accepts you. Deny God, He denies you. Dirt is dirt, Spirit is Spirit.
No matter how long you discuss it, no matter what topic you apply the discussion to or no matter the length of the extremes to which you carry your thoughts, God is God. There?s no denying him, because he cannot deny himself.

Unfortunatrly, I live in Illinois and can't possibly make it but I can give you some advice and the name of somebody who might be able to assist you further.

My advice is this, don't show up as requested. There's a process available to you that you may not be aware of. It's called an Abatement. What it does is stop their proceedings against you until they can produce a valid claim against you. You'd be turning them into the defendants; they'd hafta defend themselves against you, instead of you defending yourself against them. You can browse around and get all the info you need on the particulars of the process or, if you want, you can PM me and i'll try to cover as much of it as I can with you. Your defense (or offense)is, or would be, “fraud”. This is because you've been coerced, deceived and damaged. If they can't answer your demands, then they lose.
One thing is for certain, if you don't know what you're doing when you go into their courtrooms, they'll eat you alive. That's where you'll be going, it's called an “administrative” courtroom, they'll be using “administrative law” and they're usually held in rooms that don't look anything like what you'd expect but it's a courtroom none-the-less. They frequently use these types of courtrooms because it puts the victim at a disadvantage and because studies have shown that the unsuspecting public are more likely to let their guard down when confronted in this type of atmosphere. Obviously, I don't know for sure if this is actually the type of courtroom you'll be dragged into but it's very likely.
Another thing you need to know is that it doesn't matter what type of courtroom you go into because they base their authority over you on “jurisdiction” and once you've entered their jurisdiction, the “administrative law” jurisdiction, then they can do just about whatever they want with you and it's usually not very pleasant, let-alone legal. If you want to stay out of their jurisdiction then you can't enter their “court”. The “court” is not the courtroom or the judge or any thing or anybody in the room but it's what's written on the paperwork. That's their “court”, kinda like when you go and play B-ball in another neighborhood; you'd be on their “court” and you'd hafta play by their rules. But if they were to come and play with you, they'd be in your “court”, playing by your rules; which is a whole 'nother ballgame.
That's essentially what the abatement process does; it takes them outta their “court” (their paperwork) and makes them play in your “court” (your paperwork). Needless to say, they're not gonna like that and they're gonna do everything they can to discourage you from using your “court” or your paperwork and that includes lying to you, telling you that “you can't do that”, threatening you with jail, contempt of court, seizure of your property, garnishing your wages or any other possible activity you can think of that will get you to cave-in to their demands.
So, if your gonna play, you better be prepared to play rough because that's the only game these guys know how to play. You've gotta learn the meaning of the word “NO”, mean it when you say it, use it profusely and know how to back it up when you do. And if things get bad enough, if push-comes-to-shove and it's lookin' like you could be in danger of being tossed in the slammer or having your possessions seized, you've gotta be ready to pick-up and re-locate in a heartbeat.
That's just part of the game.
I'm not saying any of that is definitely going to happen but it could. It sounds like your more of the type that they'd rather not bother too much with though, like me, too broke with nothing of any real value (except to you or I). They usually don't bother with guys like us but that doesn't prevent them from tryin' to toss us behind bars. If you've read anything or know what that means to them, as far as running-up a debt to them goes, then you know why I say it'd be best to pack-up and leave.

Yeah… right! And like… we're supposed to believe that all the fuel somehow, after being atomized upon impact (when it should've ignited) managed to re-coalesce into a small enough area and then ignite with enough force to produce an explosion capable of blowing out the side of the superstructure.

The reasons are basic. I'm 45 yrs. old, I've got 3 daughters in their late teens and the chances of their being left with a corrupt and socialistic gov. after I'm gone are great. I don't want to leave this world without having done something to prevent this scenario. Some of the things that can be done is to get as many people to get “de-numbered” as possible and get them to become true “electors” of the states in which they live; this way we can get “original jurisdiction” Governors, Senators and the like re-seated in the state offices and on down through the counties and so on.
Another thing that needs to be done is to get rid of the current banking system. While the People are getting educated in the aforementioned political process, there are things that can be done to help them get themselves extracted from the current banking system and this will help undermine the strangle-hold that the banks have got on the majority of the American public until the the newly re-seated government can use the power of government to oust the “banksters”.
It's a process that involves millions of people and the best and easiest place to start is a place where people who've got at least an inclination as to “what's going on” can be contacted and prompted into nfurther action. The more people added to the process of eliminating the corruption, the better the odds of success and the faster the objective can be obtained.

I post from the computer where I live, everything can be traced to that location and if anybody wants to drop by and check me out, they're more than welcome to do so. They can come into my home and try and dig up as much dirt as they want; dig til your hearts content but you'll only be diggin' the same hole that, as everybody has seen, can be difficult to dig oneself out of.
And just so it's made known, I've got a job that requires me to fulfill my obligations to those with whom I've contracted. This takes up most of my time and I try to devote the remainder of my free time to the things I consider to matter most, as I presume most anyone does and would do as well. So, don't expect me to meet some kinda deadline or time frame. If you or anybody else has to worry about time, that's not my problem; I've got an eternity but I don't like wasting my time on the things that seem redundant to me, like arguing at Quatloos. I'd rather stick to the points at issue in a more effective way and getting ones' arguments on paper is a more “provable” and “acceptable” way of gathering evidence.
To tell the truth, I was gonna log on under another name and succour you guys but after I saw how others had reacted to what they consider deception, I'm glad I didn't do it regardless of how easy it'd been. Quite honestly Bing, I think you're a very sharp guy and I'd be honored to have a man like you on my side of the battle but not if you were to remain (and I use these terms loosely) overly suspicious of others or somewhat reactionary. Thank you for mentioning the necessity for responding to the IRS by letter. It's important to understand that any communication with the government is cause for them to try to invade one's privacy; whether it's with those who consider themselves the actual government or those who portray themselves as being an arm of the government, if you respond incorrectly, untimely or not at all, they'll continue to harass you.
Any form of contact with them will cause them to think that they've acquired jurisdiction over whatever “subject matter” you discuss with them and if you don't make it absolutely clear in your letter, that can put you in their jurisdiction whether you realize that you've done so or not. You've got to be able to impress upon them that you fully understand that you don't belong in their jurisdiction and that you don't want them to mistake you for somebody who does.
Their are a lot of people who work for the various Federal, State, County and minor municipal corporations that don't know the difference between the corporate government and the true government of “We the People”. These employees have to be educated (as we all have, and do need to be, educated ourselves) as to who they really work for and that their actions can be considered as damaging and “gross negligence” on their part.
The best way to do that is to send them a letter that both asks them if they understand what they're doing and if they have any proof to back up their decision for having contacted you in the first place and whether or not they want to continue to proceed with their investigation into your private affairs. The letter should always be a certified letter with a notarized witness of your communication. This prevents them from coming back with any false claims.
Everybody needs to know what they're doing and that means both government employees and the “People” of this nation. If both sides can't keep it on the level of a “mutual understanding”, then we'll only continue with the injustices that have been inflicted on thousands of innocent lives. Education is the key and the keys for education are numerous but the best place to start (for many individuals) is here at the Family Guardian and a couple of others that aren't that hard to find and navigate.

No, I can't tell you why you do anything 'cause I'm not a mind reader and in the future, I think that you should PM me if you want to continue with any personal conversations because this forum is for matters that concern the general population and I think that it'd be more respectful to our host if we obeyed the rules. I asked Bing to e-mail me once because I was unfamiliar with the “private messaging” function but now that I know that it's available, I think anything that has to be said about anybody's personal views or their personal distaste for another individual should be taken to that form of communication.
However, I can tell you what I expect and I expect that you've got some more unfounded allegations to hurl at me and that you would rather hurl them in public view. If this is correct, then hurl all you want but I'd at least appreciate it if you'd post any evidence to back you up. If you don't have any, then shut up.

No, I'm neither.
So, let's just quit with the allegations, innuendos and all the other crud and get on with what this forum is about and help get others to discover the the real problems they will encounter with the corrupt people that call themselves government.
One way of doing that is to find out how they can be replaced with people who might not be as prone to the corruption of the existing congress, judiciary, presidency, banking system and anything else you can think of. A visit to a couple of other web-sites will help people learn how to do that and I think these are beneficial. Family Guardian Fellowship has linked the one for Team-Law and I saw that Bing had mentioned Supreme Law somewhere. These are both great sources of info.
