Tax on real property seems to be an excise tax. The presumption is that you are using the house/ land for business, and not solely as a living space.

Hello there-

I have copied the FOIA request in relation to my IMF ( at http://famguardian.org/TaxFreedom/Forms/Discovery/FOIAReqForIMFFromIRS.htm), and am confused by one section:

“Please send me a copy of all documents for above referenced requester and above referenced year(s) maintained in a system of records identified as:

(NOTE: Put in item requesting here general rule request 1-4 items the exception is the SFR request and the Assessment request is one topic but many related documents)”

The part in parentheses seems to have nothing to do with the other part. I think I understand each, but what am I asking for in the first part? Identified as what?
