I appreciate knowing that the Number of enclosures is 6 instead of 7.

Next thing I need to know is what about the places in the TAX STATEMENT AFFIDAVIT that mentions Enclosure 5? I believe it is refering to the book The Great IRS Hoax which is Enclosure 3 in the list on page one of the document. I find 16 pages that Enclosure 5 is mentioned anywhere from one to five times.

On or about page 27 a 1040X is mentioned in regard to Enclosure 1. I'm not sure why.
