    Dr. Hermann,

Thank you for mentioning the necessity for responding to the IRS by letter. It's important to understand that any communication with the government is cause for them to try to invade one's privacy; whether it's with those who consider themselves the actual government or those who portray themselves as being an arm of the government, if you respond incorrectly, untimely or not at all, they'll continue to harass you.

Any form of contact with them will cause them to think that they've acquired jurisdiction over whatever “subject matter” you discuss with them and if you don't make it absolutely clear in your letter, that can put you in their jurisdiction whether you realize that you've done so or not. You've got to be able to impress upon them that you fully understand that you don't belong in their jurisdiction and that you don't want them to mistake you for somebody who does.

Their are a lot of people who work for the various Federal, State, County and minor municipal corporations that don't know the difference between the corporate government and the true government of “We the People”. These employees have to be educated (as we all have, and do need to be, educated ourselves) as to who they really work for and that their actions can be considered as damaging and “gross negligence” on their part.

The best way to do that is to send them a letter that both asks them if they understand what they're doing and if they have any proof to back up their decision for having contacted you in the first place and whether or not they want to continue to proceed with their investigation into your private affairs. The letter should always be a certified letter with a notarized witness of your communication. This prevents them from coming back with any false claims.

Everybody needs to know what they're doing and that means both government employees and the “People” of this nation. If both sides can't keep it on the level of a “mutual understanding”, then we'll only continue with the injustices that have been inflicted on thousands of innocent lives. Education is the key and the keys for education are numerous but the best place to start (for many individuals) is here at the Family Guardian and a couple of others that aren't that hard to find and navigate.

That being said, here's a couple of others that can be helpful:

    http://www.teamlaw.org

    http://www.supremelaw.org

    http://www.edrivera.com

    and

    http://home.hiwaay.net/~becraft/

All of these have very useful info. You don't have to agree with everything that is posted at these locations but it helps in weeding through the lot.

    Grace and peace,

    Lambskin

Sir – you still did not answer the question with a YES or a NO. Please answer the question. Are you or are you not a government agent or an IRS agent?

I have read many of the posting on this site and Sonik seems to ask, “Are you an agent” to a lot of people. Seems a little paranoid. I am the product of an unjust and deceitful government and one of a few that seeks to correct a wrong. I believe that the pen is mighter then the sword. Therefore, I would like to publicly ask- Sonik, are you an agent of the government or the IRS?

In order to answer your question, here is what I suggest: Read all the postings I have posted on this website, since day #1 and you conclude for yourself whether or not I am one.

Sonik: You still have not answered my question. I too can post many things but that doesn't answer the question. If I were an agent, then I would probably post many items against the IRS as you do. I believe that you are an agent for the government and/or IRS and are hiding under the some fictitious name. As for me, I post under my real name and are not affraid to use it. I am an American patriot who is opposed to both government tyranny and the IRS. The country today is not the country I grew up in. It has changed from a republic to a domocracy benefiting only a few. To answer your question, NO I am not an Agent of the government and/or the IRS. I would never lower myself to any of those deceitful positions of ant (i.e., dirt, slug, etc.)

I have read your postings on this site since day one. And, since day one, I have remained silent. But reading how you accuse many of the members as being agents of the government and/or an agent of the IRS makes me wonder who you really are??? The church represented here has many wonderful pieces of information for our educational purposes, some of which I have utilized myself and to belittle the members here, this church and/or it's educational materials belittles the all the hard work of Chris and other patriots.

Critical thinking, analtical reasoning, logic, and the pen is what we all need to beat the tyranny of those who seek to control every aspect of our lives. In my 25+ years of educating myself in our government affiars, slave taxes, etc., I have seen many individuls like yourself come and go.

This will be my last reply to any and all of your question(s). I do not and will not waist any further energy and/or my time responding to someone whom I believe is arrogant, egotistical, paranoid, and possibly an agent of the government and/or IRS.

    Repsectfully,

    Dr. Bennett Hermann

    American patriot

    Non-taxpayer

    And Damm proud of it.

Again I ask – Dr. Hermann: Are you an agent of the government or the IRS?
