I am a permanent resident green card holder of 22 years and not a citizen. Is it possible for me to get a passport for travel outside of the US? I have been reviewing every government website for 3 days not to no avail. Would I be able to get one under my assumed business name registered with the Secretary of State since an incorporated business is considered a person?
