You know, after reading this else where, we know the “State” cannot bring criminal contempt charges against a free, private person.

I agree in the thought process that this is wrong but the problem in these stories and with these cases are that the “people” (“persons” rather) do not know why they are actually held liable. The fact that this “person” “appeared” places him under jurisdiction of the judge. At that point, he is at the judge's whims.

I mean, who is a judge really? Who do they represent? What is their function? A judge does not bring charges, there needs to be a plaintiff or prosecutor. The judge is a mediator should there be dishonor (argument).

It comes to education. This “person” allowed this to happen, allowed a judge to represent the “State” which makes the judge biased and justice for the human can never be realized.

    EDUCATION! All I can say.

As far as “jury tampering”, once a judge instructs what “laws” they must accept or ignore, there is your “jury tampering”.

Over a year later, I'll still toss in my 2 cents. FreedomFighter89, there are only 48 constitutional states. FYI.

To your modified forms; they are way cool but, by making the alteration, you invalidate the form. I agree with the admin. Qualifying attachments are required. You can't change their rules, you can only change the way you play.

  • The comma issue is valid as it seperates the statement however, a key note that i observed; The constitution does not grant you rights. It binds the government from infringing on the ones you have. Unless they some how convert you into the service or the government and presume you waived your inherent rights.

You have the right to fire arms for protection or sport. The government cannot take that right away. Period. If they change the meanings of what you question, then your “argument” is moot as you fight the wrong fight.

Being that the government hasn't existed since the Emergency Banking Act's passing in 33', when you “petition” the “government”, you already lost. Acknowledging them as having any authority brings the fiction to life and now you are under the jurisdiction of it.

My only issue at this time is, where the heck can you buy arms in America without “permission”? No law requires you to “register” a gun and, if you are not a “person, individul, resident, etc.” then you are not bound by codes or statutes but, who has broken free from fed regulations to sell guns to free Americans?

    Anyone?

    Chris,

    Welcome to the forums.

    1. The World Service passport is mentioned on our passport page in the yellow area at the top:

    http://famguardian.o…orAPassport.htm

We know people who have obtained this, and it works, but not always, during travel. Haven't heard anything bad about them.

    2. The I9 issue is discussed in:

Federal and State Tax Withholding options for Private Employers, Section 21.9

You could have found the above yourself by using our search function. Please in the future click on “SEARCH” in the upper left corner of our opening page in the future before posting your questions here:

Thank you for clarifying who the band really is for neo.

    Thank you Admin.,

I have more papers and “books” than the Library of Congress (not really but for effect) It's not so easy to remember where every thing is, and over years of separation through research (neck deep in this for over four years).

I will say, this is an invaluable resource for information. I, personally, thank you. You have undertaken quite a task. I thank you and all those who support and contribute.

I have the Fed State WHO for Emp. A hard copy. I'll check for updates as well.

    Thank you again, Ma'am.

“I-9” didn't fly in “search”, through many variations. Hence my request.

    And the band played on….

Things are never as they seem, as we learn repeatedly tho, you may read that “The one-man band” is a one woman-band. “Brother” should be “Sister”, Brother.

Regardless of that parry, does any one have a comment about this possible remedy; http://www.worldservice.org/links.html a “world citizen passport”?

I'm not associated and am not endorsing.

For the record, I am not “tired” of any one. Even in arrogance and ignorance, I am enlightened. I enjoy the sport.

One more thing, any member reading this, can you direct me to a section that touches on I-9 forms? I had a bit but, my hard drive was lost.

Several people using the AFV method, some even selling it to others, have realized their error and reformed their ways by reading the above. We didn’t write it, so please don’t ask us questions about it or ask us to defend it. We agree with it, though.

Wait just a Minuteman, I’m hip to all the confusion with UCC and All-CAPS but, even on this site, there is description of the separation of the legal and the fiction person denoted by;, yes, “All-Caps”. Review the “Collective Entity Rule” in law applications. Correct me if I err.

    Comment?
