1) Looks like you could use a 'living trust' or a 'common law trust' aka 'pure trust' implemented to enforce your wishes should something happen to you. Probate is not a good thing, simply because the state will want 'control'. You can prevent that by implementing asset protection designed specifically for your situations.
2) Attorneys are officer of the court and present you as an incompetent 'ward of the state', so you might want to take any advice from an attorney under advisement.

Because of mis-information that exists just like any other legal concept or remedy one must first educate his or herself. The silver bullet seldom works, if ever. So, don't just look for the easy way to fix you problems, educate yourself. This site provides you with ALL the tools you need to succeed, BUT.. you have to learn them AND… use them.
Now, if you have been damaged and seek relief you must find the knowledge to defend yourself and as a start you have made the right choice coming to FG!
Debt elimination is not what FG is all about, but sovereign rights are the primary focus here.
Much valid research is at your disposal at the FG main website. I would start by typing Richard Cornforth into the search engine. Cornforth can at least educate you on the fundamentals of judgments. This might help you decide what course of remedy you might seek,if any.
Secondly, take no offense, but if you are simply on a fishing expedition try not to waste time with posts that are too general in nature. We also have our own problems to battle. However, if you would be more specific with your postings someone here might have the time to respond with educated answers, not just inquires from us to you asking for basic details, i.e. “what sort of judgment, (default)? What court venue? How long ago? What responses have you made, if any? Get the picture? Most responses, if any will come based on your candor.
Anyway, welcome to the real world, where tyranny often rules our lives. Often we allow this to happen voluntarily, in this case they win, but if we give them a battle, often we win. A legal maxim is this “you must know your rights, and timely assert them”, the whole U.C.C. code / legal system gets its power from you not rebutting the presumptive claims made by your adversary. The good news is another legal maxim “those who assert must also prove”, so there you go, make them prove! Void their judgment for lack of jurisdiction, fraud etcetera.
I hope this helps, so dig in and help yourself!! It might even be that a “voided judgment” is on your horizon.

I would like to take this opportunity to make a case for “Liberty”, not libertarian etc.
I took the test and found it to be just another ominous (501c3 corporate/pagan state church) attempt to again teach one to falsely believe they were what they are not.
It only serves to prove that the sheeple are in fact still good sheeple and are very easily managed by their state created pagan paradigms, right? . 😆
So, I printed out the test on light weight tracing paper and intend to use in the restroom for a better purpose than screwing with my head. 😆
Bottom line is this, collective groups of people need leaders to govern them, unlike individuals whom are quite capable of governing themselves, but only if they only obey the spoken and written words of YHWH. But wait, could this be a solution to free us from our Babylonian bondage, probably not because most would rather trade their freedom for safety and be governed? 😉
But hey, it was a good example of an exercise in sophistry and I did need more wipes anyway; and it did also serve to give me a break away from more serious matters for a moment or two.

They even shipped most of the evidence away via ships to China and the like. But still, small pieces of the evidence and truth remain, and these great people have helped to present it to us as evidence of this heinous act, not to just forget but to ACT upon and to pursue justice for those who lost their lives as a result of it. The question that begs an answer is this, how long will we tolerate this Federalized power that threatens our Liberty?
My hat is off to the Family Guardian Forum and its members, and of course others like st911 for keeping this in the forefront as evidence continues to develop against our true enemy.

After reading the EPIC information about the “Carnivore” one would have to conclude that it is already a done deal.
After reading all about the “Carnivore” and the back doors implemented by your elected congress, tell me how any protective software will fair against your own ISP's open door compliance? Not to mention every other Software provider also having the same Legal mandates enforced by the Feds.

A simple non disclosure agreement between the Feds and them would make it legal to…..shall we say….be less than completely open with us? Even the trusted Microsoft has provided their stamp of approval to this software (partner) company with NTFS crack capabilities. And if I am not mistaken that crack also covers any encrypted mounted or unmounted partitions you may have created, whether the volume is bootable or not. Ask yourself this, if this company has these kinds of capabilities how much more does the unlimited resource power brokers have?
Much of what we do on the Web can be used as evidence against us, so the threat to them is nominal and perhaps even beneficial to them in some ways. Nevertheless, one should still hope for the best, but plan for the worst, which would include making copies of everything important to us viewable while offline. Much can be done to lessen the impact of limited Internet access, i.e. like printing hard copies of important materials, purchasing entire Website Cd's which are offered at SEDM etc. A huge undertaking, but it will be worth it when the chips are down. The Authors of this site have provided excellent ideas along these lines. Just type in the 'search' at the main site if you need help with security.

The purpose of this post is not to defend against your false claims against professor Bing personally, of which he is proved quite capable on his own, but to defend the unimpeachable character and purpose of this fellowship. People are sent here to gain knowledge to fight specific battles, not to listen to rhetoric against the site or members which only serves to discredit the fellowship as a whole. The following extraction from your previous post that I base my issue is as follows:

Your arguments might have some merit against Fascist Americans in general, but not against peace loving American nationals here. You must weigh the cost if you happen to loose, which most of the time tax resisters loose in the first round, but if you have the stamina you do have hope in the Appellate court, which you might then be able to defend your rights. IMHO you must NEVER try to defend yourself in their domain [tax court], the odds are against you, and you will probably loose. Which brings me to full agreement with Brother Bing [click here].

Fortunately you have come to the right place to learn. Click the links provided in the Admin's post. Download “Defending your Right to Travel” from SEDM. You will have a full plate no doubt, but indeed you will be on a trustworthy path. With only 2 weeks to prepare you do not have time to search out the World Wide Web,
so dig in to the only 100% trusted web site that I know of on the internet,
or anywhere else for that matter. Also, type into the search at Family Guardian for a lot more information on the subject.
There is no quick fix for the problem you face.
First of all, you must know your rights and be able to timely assert them . Since you are facing a jury trial by jurors that all have drivers licenses, you certainly will have to be persuasive, and be able to convince your peers that you did not break the law, but were simply exercising your inalienable right to travel. It would have been simply, more productive if you would have learned your rights first, before you attacked the Beast, especially if you intend to win being a Pro Se litigant. Pro se's have less than a 5% success rate.
Secondly, if you loose you will have heavy expenses to pay, not to mention having created bad case law that weakens your cause. Also, if there was an illegal arraignment that you participated in, you should have already asserted the rights that you intend to protect, and if you didn?t then it will be difficult to appeal if you loose.
Post continue to post your questions, all of us are very busy, but you can bet we do care my friend. Sadly, there is not much time to develop a defense.
Legal standing grounded in Supreme Court decisions will be your ?ONLY? good defense. I would suggest that you find all of the US court decisions that support your rights, and the right to travel.
Since you are already knee deep in this endeavor my intention is not to discourage you, but to warn you.
If you are really up to this, there are great legal minds in this forum that can be more helpful than myself.
I would suggest that you be as candid as you can about ALL of the legal actions that have already transpired, including any default ?judgments? already against you.
The fact is, because of mistakes you already may have made, you could already be past the point of no return, necessitating a ?compromise? strategy to save your butt, or a ?delay? strategy to give you more time to prepare.
Also, you might consider if the court that has already usurped authority over you has in FACT true jurisdiction.
My intentions here are not to give you advice, but to provide a starting point with some legal points to ponder, and to further you education.

His research discoveries, which date back to 1999, have proven irrefutably the covert conspiracy to irradicate the Black race.
