I join you in commending WTP, Mark Lane and Bob Schulz and all of the plaintiffs and supporters of WTP. And yes, Bob has done an amazing job pulling the American People together and “warp speed ahead” precisely the kick in the pants that the THM has needed. Sonik, I hope you are wrong in your assessment, but sadly, I think you may prove to be correct in the end.

I take the long view. Things are not going to change over night. Our fight for Truth, Justice, Liberty, individual freedom is going to take many years. But one common element of our struggle for Truth and Liberty, is to first be responsible for educating ourselves, and then helping to educate others.

I have never looked to Bob Schulz, WTP or any other person or Group to be my salvation vis-a-vis the IRS. The responsibility of proving and demonstrating to the IRS that I am lawfully a non-resident alien, that I am an American Citizen, and that I am a non-taxpayer, rested and still rests, solely on my shoulders.

And I prefer it that way.

Every one us, if we are truly a non-taxpayer, must, sooner, rather than later, boldly assert our individual sovereignty and freedom and take a stand against the the tyrannical and corrupt IRS.

And we must go on Record with the IRS, and we must rebut their false and incorrect presumptions and we must tell the IRS of the nature of our good faith beliefs and reveal the evidence and facts of those good faith beliefs, and what they are based upon.

“Cert. denied”, if that is the result of the WTP 1st Amendment Petition case, in no way means that we, those of us in the class action lawsuit, the THM, have lost on all of the other fronts. Because we have not.

One battle and one legal dispute does not a war make.

What it does do, is simply confirm how dishonest and corrupt the district court and appellate court that heard the 1st Amendment Petition case, really is. The dishonesty of the IRS is documented, it is obvious, and it is a given. Look at it this way, the IRS employs thousands of licensed attorneys, so, how can the IRS NOT be corrupt with all those lawyers on staff?

See the IRS legal briefs filed in the Schiff, Simkanin and Schulz cases, for proof and the IRS's and Dept of Justice's anti-USA and anti-USA Constitution legal positions.

If the print and broadcast media gave the WTP 1st Amendment Petition case the proper attention it deserves, or if WTP and Bob had a more effective, more consistent, and more timely public relations strategy, and they were more effective in coopting early adopters in key markets, and certain other key players, the Petition Case might have stood a better chance of getting a fairer judicial review in the lower courts.

You see, as I see it, the THM is at war with the IRS and DOJ. Not a physical war, mind you, but a non-violent war in which we are battling for the hearts and minds of American Citizens. That said, there are tons of things the leaders of the THM could be doing, but due to lack of direction, limited resources, dearth of strategic thinking ability at the top of the ladder, etc., etc., when it comes to actual execution of certain strategies and tactics, more often the THM misses the mark or gets close to the mark but under-utilizes strategic advantages in a timely manner. This is not any one person's fault or one organization's fault, it just is.

I have long viewed our fight as existing on multiple fronts simultaneously, as opposed to one monolithic, discrete “war”, if you will. And a loss on any single front is hardly catastrophic to our cause (excepting until a USA President declares martial law…..and that day will come, the closer we in the THM get to ultimately succeeding). What is gonna happen to accelerate martial law, is that the cabal that runs the Federal Reserve Board, in close cooperation with the IRS and DOJ, will resort to a Hegelian Dialectic and create a series of crises, then these same folks, acting by and through other unsuspecting dim wits, will also propose alternative solutions to the so-called crises.

These “black hands”, all of whom operate off stage and far beyond public scrutiny, have been running trial balloons up the public opinion poll for several years now. See the avian flu scare, SARS scare, etc, to get an inkling of what I am talking about. I mean, the symptoms for Avian Flu are runnny nose, aches, sneezing, etc. And that sure does sound alot like the regular flu. Besides, of the 4 billion in the affected countries, less than 200 folks have actually died from Avian Flu.

So, I ask all of you here, where exactly is this so-called Avian Bird Flu crises?

ANSWER: This Avian Bird Flu crises is a fiction created by corrupt governmental powers that be, in cahoots with a dishonest mainstream media that cowers and genuflects before the corrupt USG, in order to prime and scare folks and eventually strip folks of their Unalienable Rights and their Constitutional Rights.

History has shown that when the American Public are scared, the vast majority look to the corrupt USG to “protect” them. And the USG prefers to use faux crises, in order to expand their control over the American Citizenry.

One of the THM advantages is that we are widely dispersed geographically and thus we have great reach at the grass roots level. However, I think we do a poor job organizing at the grass roots level.

Bottom line: Regardless of what happens with the WTP lawsuit, we must continue to press on and serve the Lord, the Truth and Justice. That is the only way we will win.

The IRS approach and strategy of divide and conquer has only served to make us stronger and more educated. The more we can interact with the IRS the more we can learn from them by observing their patterns and practices, the more effective we become in dealing with them in a professional manner. This is called “Progress”.

A few years ago I read a report by the US GAO and they said that the IRS senior managers were very concerned at the faster rate at which folks were dropping out of the system and no longer filing IRS 1040 Income Tax Returns. The rate of new non-filers, far and away exceeded the growth rate of new filers. So this is all good.

Our successes are numerous and as more and more folks get comfortable writing directly to the IRS's top lawyers, and raising a bunch of questions and topics we know the IRS would much rather not directly answer and address, the more likely we will eventually prevail on the merits.

Finally, we must remain steadfast and with a steely resolve, we must stick to our guns and never give in to the IRS just because they might threaten us with prison.

As we continue to educate CPA's, lawyers, law students, college students, high school students, bankers, bakers, teachers, electricians, brick layers, entrepreneurs, and just plain regular American Citizens, the Truth leaks out and people become less afraid of the paper kitty that is the corrupt IRS.

Lenin said if you gave him a countries' 4 year olds, he could create a socialist state in 20 years. And he was right.

Thus, our first #1 job, is to instruct our children well and to share with them the Truth.

And we must do this BEFORE the Ritalin addicted youngsters and teenagers of today, become parents themselves in 10-20 years, and, lacking the capacity to think and fight, these millions of former Ritalin consumers, blindly give in to the USG repeated suggestions that children should be implanted with an RFID chip “for their own safety” and the parents' “peace of mind”. That day too is fast approaching.

So we, those of us in the THM, must press on and we must fight on, regardless of what happens with the WTP lawsuit.

Yeah, you can certainly bet that there are a number of IRS, DOJ and to a lesser extent, State Dept lawyers and employees who pay close attention to FG contents and who study the contents of FamGuardian. As well they should, because God (and Author #2) both know that the USG training given to those guys is deplorable. Just ask John Turner.

Further, it is my understanding that FG has evidence that copyrighted materials are routinely downloaded by persons working inside USG buildings.

Sonik, sir, I respectfully dissent from your suggestion that the US State Department be listed and given an honorable mention in the FG Hall of Fame.

My reasons are stated as follows:

First, recall, that this is the same US State Department that refuses to provide American Citizens with a letter certifying one's status as a non-citizen national as they are required to do under 8 USC 1452 ( B ).

Second, this same US State Dept likewise refuses to append onto page 24 of a USA Passport, certifying that the bearer is a non-citizen national.

Third, the US State Dept collaborates with other USG agencies, in obfuscating the TRUTH about “American citizens v. US citizens”, and, in this respect, has manuals and forms which create false presumptions and which serve to trick unsuspecting Americans into surrendering their sovereignty, by volunteering into federal jurisidiction when the Citizen incorrectly fills in a USG prepared form or application.

Finally, it was a lying and corrupt former Secretary of State, Philander Knox, who falsely declared that the 16th Amendment was lawfully ratified, even though he knew, or should have known, that the Amendment was not ratified by the requisite number of Union states.

So far as I can tell, the level and degree of corruption extends throughout the USG and embraces State Dept., and all other USG agencies, departments and bureaus, with most of the corruption concentrated in the IRS and the DOJ.

The USG is not worthy of, is not honest enough, to deserve even an Honorable Mention in the FG Hall of Fame.

One has to accomplish far more, over time, than simply modifiying a Form, to deserve recognition in the FG Hall of Fame. The State Department's actions, although noteworthy and appreciated, do not rise to the level of “Honorable” because they are offset and mitigated by the years of intentional obfuscation and deceit foisted on the American People by State Dept. employees up and down the chain of command..

Strangely, Irwin, with all of his personal fortune, and despite his many talents, gladly accepted USG social security checks from the feds for years. That was a serious mistake.

One result of this, is that all of his legal arguements were for naught because like a hamster on an excercise wheel, Irwin was merely running in place and was NOT advancing or making inroads in proving his case. He should have known better.

Even still, Judge Dawson's machinations in Irwin's recent trial shocks the conscience. Ahhh, but justice has a way of working things out in the end.

But you neglected to mention directly, that in an effort to help Lamby prove to us that he is not an IRS undercover agent, I have repeatedly requested that Lamby share with the Forum's readers, the topics covered at his alleged “Freedom Conference”, who the presenters/speakers were, etc., etc/

Now, in Lamby's first post, he was insistant that we needed to all come together and meet, and he urged everyone to bring their business cards, and share info, strategy, and tactics on dealing with the IRS.

So Lamby set himself up, right from the git-go, and tried mightily to create the perception that he was all about sharing information and knowledge.

HOWEVER, contrary to Lamby's posts, here we are, about 9 months after Lamby first posted in the Forum, and he has not shared any information about anything that was discussed or addressed at his alleged Freedom Conference!!!

Now, it seems that Lamby's posts contradict his actions.

Lamby had every opportunity to publicly cooperate with us, and share with us the topics which were supposedly covered at his “Freedom Conference”, but all he offered in response was sophistry masked in deception.

And finally, with respect to OPSEC and COMSEC, that is to say, Operational Security and Communication Security, it certainly shows very poor judgement on Lamby's part, to show up here all of a sudden, and simply offer a blanket invitation to all comers, to attend a Conference to discuss how to deal effectively with the IRS, and not expect that one or more IRS employees will read Lamby's invitation, and themselves likewise attend Lamby's Freedom Conference.

I mean, when those of us get together to talk shop and such, it is unwise to broadcast in the open, and tell everyone where you are meeting, when you are meeting, and why.

Even if Lamby is not an IRS undercover agent, I would never have attended his conference simply based on the fact that he publicly invited everyone. And you can bet that if Lamby really did have a Conference, that several IRS undercover agents would be attending.

I attended a WTP event some time ago, and in a room of hundreds of people, I zeroed in on and identified at least two gentlemen, one, a stocky black male, 28-33 years old, short hair, clean shaven, about 6'1, and his comrade, a white guy, also clean shaven, short hair, stocky, about 30 years old. They sat next to each other. They were neatly dressed, and, I recall that one was wearing a light blue shirt. I am 99.9% certain that they were IRS undercover agents.

The point is, we are fighting for the future of America.
