It appears that I may have been incorrect in the post above.
I am attaching the letter from Michelangelo to the Pope.
Michelangelo was not griping about his fee to paint the Sistine Chapel, as I first stated incorrectly, rather, he was complaining about how much the Pope wanted to pay him for a sculpture.
Well, after the Pope threatened to wage war on Florence, Michelangelo agreed to travel to Rome and do the sculpture.
But wait. . . . .
Something happened once he got back to Rome and Michelangelo basically was punished by the Pope, given a “timeout”, if you will, and told to go and paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
And for the next 4 years that was what Michelangelo did, he laid on his back and painted and painted, and painted. . . by numbers. Yep, the Sistine Chapel was a paint – by – numbers gig. LOL
If any FG regular present who has posted at least 250 posts, wants me to scan in the Table of Contents of this book, just let me know. And then I will post any letters that are of interest to the FG regulars. The reason I set the 250 post threshold is to prevent some IRS mole from tricking me into wasting my time, by asking me to post the ToC and then also post copies of letters as well.[attachment=225:Letter.1.0.PDF]

Yes, there are.
We have Members from all 50 states and in most major cities.
If you are posting because you want to actually meet Members, well, that is not likely going to happen any time soon because you are not a FG Member who is known to the FG stalwarts. I am one of the FG stalwarts and I do not know anything about you and cannot recall your posts except for one in which you posted a link to a grand jury website.
It is not that I or others do not trust you, rather, it is because we do not trust the lying and corrupt IRS. For all I know you could be an IRS mole trying to ferret out who is a FG Member.
I want to suggest that you post more and share with us your insights about the corrupt IRS and please share any original research or other evidence that you may know about.
The FG stalwarts are protected by their Creator, so if you are present under false pretenses, you are only asking for trouble from our Creator.
God punishes our enemies. 🙂

This proposed Bill by the tax cheat and liar Rangel bears watching closely to see if ever passes.
My reply is for the FG masses. Because I know Author # 2 already knows what I am about to write.
This proposed Bill is craftily drafted.
The Bill is only applicable within the Federal Zone and the definition of the term “United States” proves that fact.
Although the term “several States” is used therein, it means the several federal States listed, it does not mean the 50 several states.
Also, when a law uses the term “person” it excludes the Sovereign, which in this case would be you, me, and those similarly situated. There are U.S. Supreme Court cases that prove this fact, but I can readily call their names at the moment.
The sad part is that if this Bill passes, the main stream media, long ago co-opted by the corrupted US Government, will lie to the American People and make it appear that it applies to all 305 million Americans, when in fact, that is not the case at all.
And if it becomes a private law, Americans will be used to police other Americans. This is teh first step in creating and sustaining the Police State.

I hear you.
Judges rarely give legal advice from the Bench.
Lets face it, the vast majority of federal judges are corrupt and corrupted and corrupting..
They get along by playing along.

Neo, thanks for sharing your insights.
I want to suggest that you read the Wong Kim Ark case from the US Supreme Court.
Years ago I believed, as you appear to do, that a 14th amendment citizen is a federal citizen, i.e. a statutory U.S. citizen, and such is not the case.
Anyway, there are alot of materials on FG where this issue is explained in great detail.
The Blackmer case is best used if one if making a jurisdictional argument.

WOW!!
What a very good idea!!
A bit simplistic, but workable.
I would increase the severance to $4 million per retiree though.

WOW!!
Thank you for sharing this.
I have a numerous books in my library that contain letters written by some of history's greatest figures.
Anyway, I also have a book titled World's Greatest letters. And in there is a letter from Michelangelo to the then Pope, I forget his name, but Michelangelo is bitching and complaining that the fee for painting the Sistine Chapel is not enough, and that he wants more cash to finish the job. A pretty cool read if I do say so myself.
It is a pretty cool letter. I will post it when I can.

I suggest that you read and study the document:
Path To Freedom.
DIRECT LINK: http://sedm.org/Form…thToFreedom.pdf
Start there and then come back and tell us what you think.
Dropping in and asking for legal advice without at least first trying to answer your question on your own using the vast materials on this site is just about the single worst way to enter these Forums.
Go and use your brain a bit and expend some mental juice of your own.
I am not here to hold your hand and spoon feed you legal info.
Gracias.

MemberSeptember 30, 2010 at 5:04 pm in reply to: Locked and Loaded: The Secret World of Extreme MilitiasI am not convinced that any militia in the USA can wage any battle of duration, against the corrupt US Government, because in modern warfare, the massing of troops is a recipe for disaster.
The only way that I can see any militia in USA succeeding in any military fashion, is to wage a covert insurgency against their enemies, whoever those enemies might be.
In the modern battlefield, massing of troops is an invitation for disaster because the of the footprints that results. The larger the footprint, the bigger the target is to the US Government.
If the militias were smart, they would study Sun Tzu's treatise, the Art of War and learn that deception is key. Remaining inscrutable is also key.
That said, I love the fact that there are militias out there that engage in paramilitary type training.
God Bless America.

Usually vids load in seconds on my pc. I have 2 GIG of RAM
I'll google it and see what happens.
I suspect that they may be using the microwaves that are emitted from the pc. I know that there is special glass that is used to defeat the microwaves from being picked up, then again, I guess that is why we have SKIFFS.

MemberSeptember 30, 2010 at 4:43 pm in reply to: How IRS is frustrating FOIA discovery of its own wrongdoingTHE lying, corrupt IRS is arguably the single most corrupted entity on the planet.
And their evil ways only serve to hurt them.
And it is for these reasons and others, that some guy decided in April 2010, to park his small plane on the 4th floor of the IRS building in Austin, Texas. It would appear to some, that as long as the IRS continues to trample on the rights of Americans, well, stuff like what happened in Texas is most likely going to occur in the future. Sad but true. The bad part there, is that crazy dudes who crash planes, give me and folks like me, who play by the rules, obey ALL laws that apply to me, a bad rap.
Now, I do not recall if any IRS employees were killed or injured, and to the extent that they were, well, that is a very sad and shame. and I guess it the risk that one bears when one knowingly engages in evil actions against innocent people.
Now, all that said, my position is that we must continue to use non-violent methods and means of fighting the IRS terrorists.
And make no mistake, the IRS is a terrorist organization. Given the IRS' 90+ years of disobeying the laws, their latest games with FOIA requests, are hardly at all surprising to me.
So I am resolved more than ever to continue the fight non – violently and continue to spread the TRUTH to everyone that I meet.
If we focus on educating folks to the Truth about how corrupted the IRS is, we will eventually undermine the IRS and defeat them.

MemberSeptember 23, 2010 at 7:12 pm in reply to: Obamacare will tax value of your company paid health insuranceAhahahahahahahahaha.
What is really going on with the “new” – ahem, involvement of the United States Government in the nation's healthcare system, is this:
Obamacare, which will, I am certain, in a few years, evolve into ObamaNOcare, is a massive expansion of the welfare state, designed to shorten the chains of bondage foisted upon the unsuspecting, and intellectually lazy American People, as they all clamor to get in line and obey what they think is a new health care law that applies to them.
And American employers will do the federal government's bidding, by forcing workers to obey pseudo federal health care law, handing out US Government inspired propaganda on health care, and thus tightening the noose around the necks of the federal slaves once more, and shortening the chains of bondage that exists between the federal slaves, and the US Government, as the US Government inserts itself into the health care decision making process.
And with all that said, it is not surprising that the US Congress exempted itself from the new federal health care law.

This reminds me of the FBI pamphlet that was published about 8 years ago that said that those who cite the Bible or the USA Constitution could be terrorists and should be reported to FBI.

MemberSeptember 9, 2010 at 5:07 pm in reply to: New Form 1099 Rules 'Horrendous' For U.S. Gold Dealers; U.S. Congress Considers RepealThese gold dealers are woefully misinformed.
The 1099 Form is only required if the the payment exceeds $600 in a calendar year AND the payment was made in the course of one's “trade or business”.
And the tax code restricts the definition of the term “trade or business” to mean ONLY the performance of a public office.
And we know from positive law that all public office are to be performed in the District of Columbia, which is part of the Federal Zone.
And thus, this is one key reason why the Treasury Regs assert that the term “employment” does NOT APPLY to anyone who is employed without (outside of) the “United States”. But here, the term “United States”, I suspect, means the US Government and the federal zone or the U.S.A.
It all fits together nicely and it all makes sense.
