    Hi Bing,

As always, I appreciate you giving me your recommedation. I found (before I read your post) a “Withholding Exemption Certificate” that I submitted to my employer. I didn't put zip code or social security #. Whewww. I was called into the Human Resource office and basicly their not doing a thing and not acknowledging my letter, Form 590 and “Withholding Exemption Cert”. They say I have to get a court order to go “exempt”. She sent everything I submitted to our lawyers. I told her I wanted what she just told me in writing and she would give me a copy of the lawyers response when she gets it. I'm not sure what to do now.

I am feeling more confident in my freedom as a Sovereign American. I have a “statement” and an “Affidivat of Truth” that I sent to the State re: the notice they sent me from tax not paid.

I'm thinking of filling out a 1040NR for the past 2 years. I'm reading the 'GREAT IRS TAX HOAX” and the “TAX SOLUTIONS MANUAL”. Lots of forms to submit.

On Monday I'll get the “US CITIZEN TO AMERICAN CITIZEN” letter notorized and sent off.

It's fun and exciting, yet a tad overwhelming. I still have those NOTICE OF DEFICIENCIES I have to deal with. I think I'm going to send my 'statement” and “Affid. of Truth” to them as well. My friend Gary is my one friend that is doing this as well. We support, encourage each other. We had a mentor who had an awesome web site titled “WAKE UP TO TRUTH. COM', but has since taken it down, moved to a hawaiian island and is completely out of the system. We have no way of getting in touch with him. I'm so grateful for this forum and the FAM GUARDIAN website.

Any suggestions on what my next step to be with my company is greatly appreicated. I know you're not a lawyer and don't give legal advise, but..your opinion is appreicated.

Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon!!

    BIng,

Sorry to bother you, but can you tell me where to find the “exemption Cert”. I did find one, but wanted to be sure this is the right one you use. It's about 1 1/2 pages.

    Thanks!

    Hi Bing

First off, I TRULY APPRECIATE you and taking time to 'talk' to me. Have you seen the “REQUEST TO STOP TAX WITHHOLDING AFFIDAVIT from the “Great IRS Tax Hoax”? It's pretty long winded, but they quote alot of great thing, i.e. USC codes, etc. They have as 'enclosures' of IRS Form W8, which I would submit the substitute W8, IRS Form 6450 , and Calif. Franchise Tax Board for 590,both of which I'm not to sure how to fill out. Now I have to turn somthing in to employer by the 16th. May I please get a copy of Excemp Cert. of Leiu of W4? or can you please point me in the right direction of where to find it? All help is great appreciated especially when I'm on a time cruch now. Would you please be so kind as to reply right away?

    Again, Thank you. You're awesome!

    Bing

    Thank you for responding.

    1) I checked out the IRC, 26USC. You suggested that I copy and highlight certain sections of the IRC and Regs. There is SOOOO much there, I have no clue what to copy for my employer. Can you please suggest which sections?

    2) On the We the People website they have a “Request to Stop Tax Withholding affidavit and Presentment” form. Is this the same that you are suggesting? I'm still searching for the “Exemption Cert. i n Lieu of a W-4” Any suggestions on where i can find this would be great as well. I'm still checking out the “famguardian” for this form.

    3) Do you think I could have done damage by claiming 10, then signing? If it helps, I did sign “without prejudice UCC 1-207” above my name

Thank you so much. I truly appricate this. I have to admit i'm feeling a tad overwelmed by all this reading.

Thank you for sharing your story. Very inspiring and encouraging. I'm having problems with my company as well. I feel like I'm up against a brick wall. I want to compile information and send to the company law firm. Theiy are trying to force me to fill out a W4 or they will fill one out for me, claiming 1 exemption. This sucks.

Anything, this is to thank YOU , not go on about me. 🙂

Keep us posted on what happens with you!
