    Jose,

AMDISA is used in the Internal Revenue Manual. I don't know what it means because IRS doesn't defined it, but my guess is:

Audit Management Delinquency Investigation Status Audit

    Jose,

You need to be more specific about your problem. Do you or do you not have Microsoft Access 2000 or later installed? If not, you need to buy it and install it. It comes with Microsoft Office or can be purchased separately. I'm not aware of there being such a thing as an “Access 2000 driver”. Do you have Microsoft Access 2003 installed and it is giving you this error when you try to open a database written for MS Access 2000? You can look up the version of MS Access installed by opening that application and then selecting the “Help” and then “About” menu to learn the version of Access you have installed.

    Doug,

You need to select the INITIAL IMF options: I01 through I04. After you have received this FOIA data back from these initial requests and entered it into the MF Decoder, then and only then can you do the Situational FOIA templates S01 through S11. It sounds like you are trying to do a situational FOIA before you have done any intial FOIA. Pick the I01 through I04 and you will no longer get the error. If you want to get rid of the error, the enter some data received in response to an Initial FOIA.

I know several people who have opened several bank and financial accounts using the W-8BEN form and banks readily take it and are required to take it by law. The procedures in section 2.5.3.14 of the Sovereignty Forms and Instructions Manual are what they followed. I'm not allowed to give promises but statistically, it works.

As far as the utility companies, one option is to get temporary SSN using a W-9 under your artificial, all-caps business Christian name and then get the account. For instance, if your name is John Quincy Doe, then file a Doing Business As (DBA) as JOHN QUINCY DOE so the business has the same name as you and get an SSN for the business using a W-9. Then give them the business SSN in order to get the account. Later, one option is to cancel the business and the number and tell them it's illegal to use an invalid number so they have to remove it from the account. Then if they terminate the subscriber, they can sue them for discrimination.

Everything you are asking is already in the Sovereignty Forms and Instructions Manual sections 2.5.3.14 and 2.5.4.13. Please do your homework. I'm not going to repeat myself. The Sovereignty Forms and Instructions Area under INSTRUCTIONS (in the upper left), steps 3.14 and 4.13 have forms and procedures to go with each of these two sections. Please do your homework.

    Ice,

Bank accounts are opened without an SSN and employment withholding is stopped using the W-8BEN as described in chapter 8 of the Great IRS Hoax and it works great. The utility companies and other companies don't insist on the number and will not use it at your urging. When the W-8BEN is used with employers to stop withholding it doesn't expire every year like the W-4 does so you don't have to keep putting yourself on report by telling the IRS where you live on the form every February like you would with the W-4 exempt.

The W-8BEN also has the advantage that it isn't subject to the $500 false W-4 penalty. Much better approach.

    Brian,

You're absolutely right and this will be fixed in the next release of the Great IRS Hoax, version 3.33. It was an honest mistake. The Great IRS Hoax book has so many pages, sometimes some things get missed, which is why we solicit assistance from reviewers such as yourself. Having 300,000 eyes doing the proof reading produces a much better result. Thanks for your help and keep it up.

    Sonik,

That question is dealt with in section 8.5.5.4 of the Great IRS Hoax book. I don't have anything to add to that section at the moment.
