UCC covers everyone and everything in commerce. You have a “strawman”. A request for a “certified copy of a UCC 11” to your secretary of state for your name—will show they have no lien. They are required by UCC code to file suit against you witin 60 days of filing a notice of lien. If they do not the perfection process is flawed. You have now been injured. Your county clerk is responsible. You file a UCC 3 to terminate the phony notice. If she refuses–she has made a legal decision. Very bad. Get her oath of office and bond info and write a strong letter to the underwriter of her bond.. If she loses her bond–she loses her job. The UCC is a powewrful method of doing business. All should learn more about it.
Her job is to file and record papers–NOT to make a legal determination. You can give her notice for three consecutive months that you have been wronged. If she does not correct it…you can file a commercial lien against her and all of her possessions. You should get this packet and read it carefully. E-mail me for the link if you want. The 'notice of lien” is filed in the county where you own property. Here is a good reference to look at too. You could send the county clerk a copy if need be.

Immediately request a certified UCC 11 from your secretary of state for your name. A “notice of lien” is exactly that—a notice of a lien—- that MUST exist somewhere. It has to be on record in the Secretary Of States office and a UCC 11 will show there is none.
To be perfected it has to have been done by juducial decision and filed with the SOS.
In other words in a court of law. You can take the UCC 11 to the county recorder and show her there is no lien. Try to convince her she has harmed you. A Notice of Lien IS NOT a lien. Chances are she will ignore you.
You need to get her oath of office or her Oath of Fidelity as well as the policy number and name and address of the underwriter of her Bond. They are public information–she must give them to you. You then have to file a UCC 3 to terminate the notice of lien. They will probaly tell you that you can not do it.
There is a method by filing a UCC 3 form to terminate the lien. I have the package and have yet to use it, but the info is good.

Downloaded Adobe 6.0.1 and the update 6.0.2. Installed both…still no 1997 6209 Manual…..Is anyone else having this problem?? It's a .pdf file correct?/ That means it is on the disc, right?? What am I doing incorrectly??

I have the latest Pro version–1.79, and I am unable to access the 1997 version. I keep getting a “Page cannot be displayed” error message. This seems odd as it is a PDF file and should come right up. Any suggestions?? or comments??

Ha Ha JWR…you have a TC560 on your IMF?? They won't send me my IMF, how do you like that?
I sent for my first IMF in January, before serious fasification began. I sent in an amendment letter, also, to try to correct it.
You can file appeals. I just sent my first out today. I CC'd a lot of the top dogs Bing spoke of. We'll see what happens. JWR, have you received a Notice of Deficiency yet??

Parizek wrote to me also. It is very likely that he is a shadow, and not a real person. After I got an 1862 letter, 30 days later came a Notice of Deficiency. I had had a version of MFDecoder for ten months, but thought that the “Barton Buhtz” method could work. Straw man—redemption process—needles to say, I feel like I got fed to the wolves.
After reading the MFDecoder manual, I realized the seriousness of my problem. To date I have sent out at least 15 FOIA's including all the initial and several situational. I sent them to my local disclosure office in Hartford, CT and received a response yesterday that all the documents which I seek are under the jurisdiction of the Ogden disclosure office, and that Hartford has closed the file on these matters concerning me. The three FOIA's they rejected were the SFR (S02), the Liability and Assessment (S03)- which I sent to Hartford, and another SFR which I found on another web site- I sent to Philidelphia. FOIA's pending are AMDISA- complete NMF files and a few others.
I firmly believe there are only two alternatives here. Either they have enough information on me to destroy me in court, or all of the FOIA's I have sent have exposed such illegalities in my files that they need time to correct them. The letter from Hartford that I got yesterday did say “…your requests have been transfered to the Ogden disclosure office. The 20 day time limit for response will begin when they receive the requests.” Hartford also said “we are continuing to work on your other requests and will provide you with a response once the information is recieved.”
Any suggestions or comments, and at this point even moral support, would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not looking for legal advice, but someway to build up my file prior to any court date. Also, if anyone knows how much time I have after the NOD 90 days runs out at the end of August, please let me know. Thank you very much!

I downloaded the MF decoder last Sept. from Family Guardian website…when it was free. I just, two days ago, ordered the professional version. I am waiting for delivery. My question is…howe can I update my standard version for now? And…is the new CD I just ordered..”bug free”?
