“Why is everyone selling out America?” Cause there is money to be had. It has been going on since 1787. Why would you think this is something new? Do I care about the Internet? Sure, but it does not help. We got along before the Internet, we will survive without it. It just won't be as much fun!

I've got both the book and cd. Is it worth the money? If you have the money and want an education in the law, then I suggest you get both and become a student of Dr. Ed Rivera. What it has done for me is to get rid of the idea that the government is the eight hundred pound gorilla I was educated to believe they are. It does free-up the mind.

Well folks I can tell you all that the answer to all of our problems lays in the fact that they are using administrative rules against us. It has nothing to do with statute law at all. Even though they pretend it does. You can beat them at their own game by using their rules against them, trapping them using your state constitution against there administrative rules, they are sunk. It takes a lot of study to figure out the game plan but it can be done using subject matter jurisdiction to stop them. You had better have your ducks in a row, but it will beat them! I plan on making this a new life doing this, going after their bonds, this should end some jobs also, I hope. Done correctly I believe you should be able to go after four bonds to five bonds in each case. Doing it in one civil suit. Not necessarily using title 42, even though that is and option. We will see!!!!!!

If Federal rules allow records to be brought into court that are recorded with the county or borough, without being subject to the hear-say rules. Doesn't this leave the door wide open for the insertion for all kinds of information to be given to the jury? On thinking that courts (administrative) can't here Constitutional questions.

Thank you for adding a great deal of food for thought. Much of the ground work has been laid at the time of ticketing (hopefully I did it right). The State has denied me a license on the grounds that I do not have a birth certificate as this foot touched the soil and never touched the paper (born at home). DMV refused to give me a license. What a shame no RES. When I wrote my name on the citation I used parenthesis around the name and asked before hand if I did not sign what would happen, I was told that I would be hauled to jail. I added the letters T.D.C. inside the parenthesis. I made sure that the rules of English grammar were followed in that I used upper and lower case on my name printed on the line. I plan to tell the court they do not have my signature. I was going to insist that one of the qualification for a juror to sit is that he has a valid drivers license and explain to them that the State has treated them as propriety and not as flesh and blood and the proof is carried in there pockets, with the all cap spelling of there names. You folks may indeed have a lot of good points that I will give weight to and consider. Thank you for any and all help. Al
