Do you get a copy of the post the second it is submitted? I sent one and then realized it was a bit emotional so I edited it. I apologize and you are right. I will leave my ego at the door.

I do appreciate your help thank you again.

I was unaware that this site was ONLY for the rich and educated. As far as my spelling and grammar I will do my best to improve. I do proof read all of my posts and I have a dictionary right here. I think you sit there and wait for me to mess up. I would appreciate it if you would not verbally bash me on your post. I only have a tenth grade education due to family issues forcing me to get a job. I have worked since I was 15 until my divorce. Now I am trying to make up for the education I didn't get.

Anyway, I would like to say thank you for your help!!!

Tim has never heard of such clothing and even if he had, he probably wouldn't be able to wear it all the time. As a matter of fact, on the night the story takes place, I will put him in a t'shirt, shorts and a pair of flip flops, holding a bag of groceries. I forgot to add those details. “OOPS”.

I am at my wits end. Its a good story, but obviously its my problem. I only hope that I can create a happy ending all by myself. Thrill is the future that awaits…

Has anybody ever heard of or seen the zeitgeist movies? Very thought provoking!!!

So you say that the courts or Government cannot subvert the rights or judicial due process. “(But have done so) “Cannot” and then writing (but have done so) is contradictory. And are you saying that judical due process and due process of law are two different things. Duh. JUST KIDDING!

I have gotten myself arrested on purpose, to see if I could deploy some of the tactics or methods that I am currently still trying to perfect. Point is, this is all true, in my opinion, but when you go into court with a better defense then they are willing to take the time to hear, because they will be late for the golf game, you are not going to be heard. If you do happen to get a venue you will more than likely scare the (censored) out of them. Not because you know more than they do, but because you are aware of the fraud that is taking place. I was arrested by the bailiff right after the Judge got done saying “I dont have to answer your questions, TAKE HIM AWAY”. NOT because I was doing anything wrong, but because I simply put her on blast. I spent six months in jail for a non-crime. With charges that could convict me for up to 15 years and a million dollar bail, they left me with little choice. At the end of this case, after it was adjudicated, the district attorney come over and whispers in my ear “I dont know who you are MR. _________, but suggest you leave the county, these guys are out to get you, fair warning”. I ended up taking a misdemenor charge with time served and no probation and directions on how to leave the county.

So, having rolled the dice with my tenth grade education, I learned something, these people are dead serious and I still needed to work on my tactics!!! It's all trial and error. But the info you posted is good info and self-explanitory. Thankyou.

Well, the prosecutor has taken the position that it was assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to do something bad, if anything. As far as Sasha testifing, so far his statement was that it was a drunkin accident and I believe if I write the story correctly He would testify on Tims behalf. That is presuming he could offer any credible testimony at all. The STORY takes place while the character's are in a super intoxicated state of mind.

Continuing the story from the gustopo stop…

As Tim was running down the street, with the nazi hot on his trail, he hears “stop you (censored)”, you can run but I'm going to get you anyway! The officer radios for back up and the helicopter. Taser gun out and ready to shoot, the officer takes the shot and misses because of a more than 30' lead the suspect(Tim) has on him. The officer trips and drops his tasers and starts cursing Tim, the officer says ” I'am going to kill you”. Tim turns and says “you cant even catch me”. Hearing the chopper in the distance Tim knows he must evade the nightvision and enfrared camera. Tim hurrys to take cover and waits to make his next move.

    To be continued…

It sounds like gestopo law. It also sounds like if an agent were to harm you, in any way, it would leave you without remedy, and gives the agent immunity. The fact is, its out of hand, and no matter how you choose to fight it. It is not guna be pretty.

I would almost bet this on the P.O.S.T test for new thugs the put on the street.

I am finally getting the hang of this forum. About seven years ago, after a long study process, I thought I could go down to the social slave office and tell them that they had issued me a social slave number when I was a minor and began to discuss the no contract clause with minors and several other issues when a ARMED GUARD had approched me and asked me to leave or he would comence a beating on my body that I wouldn't forget. 😡 I was trying to file my application to withdraw from the social security plan on the assumption (at that time) that I could provide for my own future. After being threatened by this ARMED private security guard and then almost being arrested outside of the building by the local police department, it had come to my attention that my government was serious about keeping it's slaves. The best method would be to do this by mail to avoid any unpleasent advances by the private out of state guards that are currently employed there.

Why would there an armed guard at the Social Security Office? Most people go there for the benefits or to sign up.
