They Won’t Let Me Vote!
I tried to register to vote.
Here is how it went down.
Clerk: Are you a US citizen?
Me: No! I’m an American National living on the land.
Clerk: Then we can’t register you to vote.
Me: I don’t work for the government, and I don’t live in Washington D.C.
1953 – Kitchens v. Steele, 112 F.Supp 383 “A citizen of the United States is a citizen of the federal government…”
Clerk: You have to be a US citizen.
Me: I was born in New Mexico and have lived here all my life.
Clerk: Sorry, you have to be a US citizen.
Clerk: Do you have a social security number?
Me: Looking at my right hand for a tattoo number, I said, “No!” I don’t own a social security card.
Me: Show me the law!
Clerk: Reaching for her law book she read, “To vote in New Mexico, one must be a resident of New Mexico and a citizen of the United States.”
1953 – Kitchens v. Steele, 112 F.Supp 383 “A citizen of the United States is a citizen of the federal government…”
You know, the clerk was right! Only those with the correct “political status” within the United States can vote. You have to be a “U.S. citizen” subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, and a resident of the “State” Corporation germane to the District of Columbia, and a “taxpayer” or “government employee” to vote in national elections (26 U.S.C. Sec. 7701 (a)(1); 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1101(1)(36)).
So, even though I am “a natural born citizen born in this State, am an American National, and have worked here all my life, the STATE won’t let me vote.
But, an illegal immigrant who crossed the Rio Grande without getting caught, obtained a social security number, and declared himself to be a U.S. citizen, can vote . . . even though he can’t speak English and knows nothing about our customs . . . and he’s here illegally!
A man born in Canada as a Canadian citizen [Ted Cruz of Texas] can run for President of the United States, Inc., but a natural born non-resident alien Citizen can’t vote.
The First Lesson is that only U.S. citizens, “residents” of the District of Columbia, government employees, and “taxpayers” are permitted to vote.
The Second Lesson: voting is about slaves deciding who they want to be their next taskmaster.
And, no matter who the winner is in the next election, the American Citizen is bound to be the loser.
Oh, the irony of it all!
