   If you are a Christian, the first thing you should have learned by reading the Bible is the idea that God holds us all personally responsible for our stewardship over the gifts He gives us all, and the first gift He gives us all is authority over our own person and a responsibility to use our lives to glorify Him.  No one can do that for us...we have to do it for OURSELVES.  See, for instance, Rev. 20:11-15 for evidence supporting this conclusion.  Notice this Bible passage doesn't say we will be judged for the sins or omissions of others, but ourselves only.

7. We are not here to help you achieve greater prosperity or wealth or to encourage more greed or materialism.  We are here to show you what the Truth is, what the Lord expects of you, and the  price you may have to pay to follow Him.   We want to encourage you to act against injustice, rather than passively stand by and watch your brother get plundered by greedy and evil government servants who are violating the Constitution and federal and state law.  If you care more about keeping your money and avoiding risk than you care about putting God first and risking everything you have to do what is right and stick up for your Constitutional rights, then you have come to the wrong website.  If this describes you, then please do us a favor and find some other quick money scam to chase after rather than visiting our website or discrediting us by associating with us.  We are only here to educate and thereby help people whose priorities are consistent with the following:

If you want liberty, you are going to have to personally earn it with the sweat of your brow, like the many other authors and people did who publish their works on this website.
9. We use anti-spam software to filter our email.  Consequently, when you email the authors the first time, your email will bounce and the message will say that you need to register with our anti-spam provider.  Please register and then your original email and all subsequent will go through thereafter without the need to register again.
10. We always welcome your constructive comments and suggestions about how to IMPROVE our website or our books.  However, if you are writing or calling to CRITICIZE the authors or the materials on our website rather than improve or correct them, be aware that we are not interested in opinions or verbal diarrhea.  As we say: "Opinions are like assholes.  Everyone has one and they all stink!"  If you want to know how we treat losers and fools who don't heed this advice, click here to see a dialog with just such a fool.  You are violating the copyright on our materials by criticizing but not improving them.  Therefore, we urge you to keep opinions (not facts or evidence, but opinions) to yourself and to stick to the FACTS, LOGICAL ARGUMENT, and the EVIDENCE like you would have to do if you were presenting your case in front of a jury.  Any other approach will be characterized as verbal abuse, terrorism, stalking, harassment, and violence against our person which are criminal under federal law and most state laws.  Please try instead to pretend like we are the jury and practice being a lawyer (rather than a silver-tongued politician) in your correspondence with the authors.  That is:
    • Most of the people who contact the authors to criticize or harass them are either government employees who don't want their benefits reduced or are in receipt of government benefits, whether it be social security, Medicare, etc.  The bible says it is a sin to be a judge over tax matters under the circumstances: 

      "You shall not pervert justice; you shall not show partiality nor take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the righteous."

      Therefore, if you are writing about the tax issues discussed on this site, examine yourself first (as Matt. 7:3 and Rom. 2:3) to ensure that you don't have any conflicts of interest before you shoot off your mouth like a fool and attack the authors.  Start off your correspondence, for instance, by explaining the extent of your own financial interest in the outcome to reveal conclusively whether you have a conflict of interest.  This is the same thing the judge does during voir dire when jurists are being selected and the thing that he should also allow the jurists, the plaintiff, and the defendant to do against him as well before the trial starts.  For instance, please reveal:

      • Your profession (tax preparers, accountants, and tax attorneys have zero credibility because they have every reason to perpetuate the income tax FRAUD)
      • Whether you receive any kind of payment from the federal government, including retirement checks, payroll checks
      • If you work for the federal government, who you work for.
      • Whether you work for the IRS or the Department of Treasury or Department of INjustice, or whether you have ever worked for them.
      • How you found our website.
      • Whether you pay Subtitle A federal income taxes and whether you think we should pay income taxes and whether you intend to continue or discontinue paying.
    • Confine your comments to the constructive purpose of improving the content of our books and our website rather than discrediting, destroying, and slandering them.  Remember that Satan is the great destroyer and you reveal yourself as one of his disciples when you act like a fool and spout off verbal abuse.  This is confirmed by John 8:44, which says:

    "Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." 

    • Keep things professional and objective.  Avoid use of blame words like "you", "I", "always", and "never" and focus on the issue you are talking about.  Don't denigrate or criticize PEOPLE, but IDEAS.  Don't talk about our personal life, because personalities and egos only cause conflict.  Don't attack the messenger, but focus on the message and what is inaccurate about the message.  As it says in the introduction to Chapter 1 of the Great IRS Hoax book, God loves all people but he hates sin.  Try to be more like God and focus on the sin and not the sinner.  Remember that:

    "Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him."

    • Don't criticize or slander that which you know nothing about.  Behaving this way is the very definition of presumption and ignorance in our book.  This means, you must completely read something before you open your mouth and make comments about it.  Don't criticize the Great IRS Hoax book, for instance, without reading it completely, or you will look like a fool.  This requirement derives from the Bible, which says the following:

    "He that answers a matter before he hears it, it is folly and shame to him."

    • Remember in your comments that:

      It is honorable for a man to stop striving, since any fool can start a quarrel."
      [Prov. 20:3, Bible, NKJV]

    • "Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way, but don't sit there and whine like an jackass because you will just discredit yourself and be ignored!".  The reason for this comes right out of the Bible, which says:

    "Do not answer a fool according to his folly, lest you be like him." 
    [Prov. 26:4, Bible, NKJV]

5.  Questions About the "Success" of Those Who Use Information on this Website

As we say throughout our books and website, the materials we offer are not intended to be a substitute for your own research or investigation. We can't do EVERYTHING ourself. We are only one small group of men and women.  Liberty is not a spectator sport.  At some point, you as the reader must contribute SOMETHING to the process by doing your own research and providing the authors with your findings. We explain quite thoroughly and exhaustively in section 5.10 of The Great IRS Hoax book entitled "How can I know when I've discovered the truth about income taxes" that the courts have systematically oppressed publishment of the truth by preventing cases from being published that are about persons who are successful against the government.  In that kind of an oppressive environment, it's very difficult to obtain evidence to support a successful position, and that's why we specifically ask for help from all our readers in providing such evidence out of a specific court record.

At some point we would like to further research the litigation success of the nonresident alien position, for instance, but you may NEVER during your lifetime hear a court publish information about the approaches in the Hoax book because they quite simply are the TRUTH, and there can be only one truth. We're not optimistic and we're not holding our breath.   It's fairly easy to find evidence against just about any patriot position, even those that have merit, because it's part of the governments "psyops" games to keep patriots discouraged.   If you are looking for either an honest lawyer or an honest and informed judge who used to be a lawyer who is on the federal bench, you may spend your lifetime looking. Things wouldn't have gotten this far if there were any honest lawyers or judges out there.

 Please let the authors know what you find out in your own research if it would add to the completeness and authority of our work. You're just as capable of research as we are.  We, for one, don't need a corrupt court or a judge, neither of which are part of the legislative branch and which are part of a foreign jurisdiction, to be telling the authors what THEY  KNOW is true and what the law and the Holy Spirit both consistently confirm.
