to apply the law or render an opinion or give you advice on what to

or advice to anyone about law in general or their situation in particular.

We don't give legal advice because:
- We could be wrongfully targeted for prosecution by the corrupt
federal government for practicing law without a license from the
now socialist state.
- We would have to support everyone equally or we would be accused
of favoritism, and with over 100,000 readers of our
Great IRS
Hoax Book, we wouldn't be able to get any other work done or
even have time to fulfill the demands of our real job.
- Freedom is NOT a spectator sport. Being free means being
brave, and bravery begins with taking 100% responsibility for yourself
and not trying to pawn off your burdens on others. Those who
aren't willing to earn freedom by doing their own study and learning
simply don't deserve it. No one but YOU are responsible
for maintaining and protecting your freedom. We simply
can't and won't do it and we would be rewarding your own laziness

If we decided to charge
for our services and make helping you into a business, we could
be targeted (wrongfully and illegally) under
26 U.S.C.
6700 for promoting abusive tax shelters. The government
would try this even though they know that we are not a corporation
or an officer of a corporation, as required by
26 U.S.C. §6671(b). Furthermore, charging for our message
or our book would undermine our cause, because it would call our
motives and credibility into question and offer an opportunity for
the government and legal profession to ridicule what the Lord is
attempting to accomplish through us and this website. We could
also become the target for raids and attacks and persecution by
the IRS (wrongfully and illegally) like many other people who have
tried to start de-taxing businesses based on profit, including Johnny
Liberty, Steven Swan, Lynne Meredith, Nick Jesson, etc. There
is no legitimate reason at the moment to justify such risks.
