The letter below constitutes a formal oath that is intended to accompany a request for a certificate of non-citizen national status under 8 U.S.C. §1452.  That section of the code requires an oath of allegiance.  It is written from a Christian perspective which is consistent with Jesus' command not to take oaths.

NEITHER swear you BY HEAVEN;

NEITHER swear you BY THE EARTH;

NEITHER swear you BY ANY OTHER form of OATH:

BUT like the congress of the united states;

Simply LET YOUR YEA BE YEA; AND YOUR NAY be NAY;

LEST YOU FALL INTO CONDEMNATION." (JAMES 5:12)

Therefore, first and foremost I say as a spiritual being fully responsible and eternal in nature, YEA for the allegiance of YHVH in Heaven and Earth, and my advocate above all others is JESUS THE CHRIST.
