Thanks Neo. I think you might be on to something. I agree they would have a case against calling it an addition. Trying to prove you are a foreign government might prove to be more hassle than the benefit of the endorsement might provide. Running under the radar is probably the best approach. Anyone want to buy a stamp?</p>

They have not responded, thus they acquiesce and agree.<br />
However, I have noticed the following language in the passport itself:<br />
