Has anyone heard of filing 1099A against judges and prosecutors to acquire/reclaim a Federal court case, and then file 1099C against those same to claim cancelled debt on the bonds sold for each count in that court case? Seems like fraud to me, but supposedly it works to get case dismissed without recourse.
