Allodial title is never achieved when using a mortgage bank. Do you want to own your home? If so, you need to find someone who will carry a contract for deed or finance you directly rather than going through a federally-regulated (a benefit) bank.
If you go through a bank I'm pretty sure you'll only get a fee simple title and your property can always be taken from you with this type of title.

Thanks for the welcome! I have been flying blind on this but have been reading the FamGuard and SEDM websites for a couple years. The Wong Kim Ark case sounds very familiar but I will read it again for clarification.
I just got back from the DMV about 30 minutes ago trying to get an ID of sorts. No luck. Unfortunately when I lived here a decade ago I had a driver's license, before thine eyes were opened (!) and therefore I am already in the “system.” When I put all 0s in for the social, she said I can't do that and U.S. citizens have to have a social and if I had a State DL before, I must have a social and they use the same exact number for both the DL and the ID!! Sigh…the woman did say if I get a letter from the SSA telling me I am not eligible then I can get the state id w/o social.
The main reason why I wanted to get a state id though was so I could get a passport and when I called the dept of state they said I needed two government forms of ID (birth cert & some other type of photo id) BUT I do have my passport that I thought I'd lost so maybe presenting that (and I indicated that my status was misclassified on the previous application) with my birth certificate will be ample. I also spent a half day putting the definitions (Name, Address, Date of Birth, United States and the Perjury statement all properly defined for a sovereign), right on the form in tiny type so that there can be no infringement on my rights by unclear definitions. Also reserving rights above name.
This process definitely tests the patience and ability to persevere!
I can't figure out how to cash my checks and nobody will do it w/o some type of ID.
I am above average in intelligence but for some reason, the format on the FamGuard website now overwhelms me. It seems over the last six-eight months I can no longer focus, almost like a physical type change, therefore it makes it very difficult for me to find things on there (I usually keep getting brought back to it by doing searches online and the specific topics are always on FamGuard so I visit and read further). I know changes are happening on our planet – perhaps this is a part of it.
I look forward to learning much and sharing my experiences in hopes that someone else might learn and be free alongside me.

I do not have time to explain right now, but 14th Amendment citizens are in fact Constitutional citizens and this is NOT the same as a statutory citizen under 8 USC 1401.

The last I heard from the IRS was when they sent mail I'm sure meant for me but addressed to this all caps person at an address with a zip code in the federal jurisdiction, so I put it in a larger envelope and sent it back to them requesting them to change the address and correct the form of capitalization on my name. I never heard from them again and that was back in 2007.
When this happened, they started sending notices again to my mother's address (once years ago in 1999 my father had submitted a tax extension on my behalf and signed on the bottom, which defacto made HIM the fiduciary for the artificial entity represented by my all caps name!).
I so I sent in Form 56 just to make sure they do not think they can come after me again. My mother may have to do the same thing for my father now since his name is obviously on the record as the fiduciary too.

You know, I never fully and I still don't, completely understand the Church v. State debate.
I mean, I know the government is NOT supposed to establish a religion, but the reality is that the U.S. Government has in fact established a pagan religion. And then it puts people in prison under color of law if one opposes their pagan religion. And those are the lucky ones. No telling how many folks simply disappear each year.
Off point for a second: I overheard someone speaking the other day in a Mall and they said that hundreds of thousands of young kids disappear each year in America.

And why has not the government and the MSM squawking about these missing kids? I simply don't get it. Now, I don't watch Nancy Grace Show except when I am channel surfing, but she does the same story for like, 10 months straight.
Have you heard of The Franklin Cover-up (book by John DeCamp)? This is why government does nothing…because they are a part of it.

There is nothing in (7) that says one can't privately practice their religion. They are referring to leadership, instruction, organization and proselytization roles.
This is an example of what happens when taking benefits (government student loans) from the beast. They can dictate the terms of the contract. If one truly wants freedom, one must not ever lean on government. Be responsible and self-reliant.

My private-industry employer pays me from a/p and not payroll. I got into it with the State of California on a forced lien on my pay and they were forcing me to do what I've done, which is reassert my birthrights. For simplicity's sake, I was willing to continue to have taxes taken out of my checks but no, they wouldn't let sleeping dogs lie on a former unfounded liability, so they lost it all when they threatened me.
I needed the push anyway, I'm just saying they are not very smart and cut off their nose to spite their face. Duh.
