Marching on DC well that does seem like a nice gesture, or even a forceful one, but a general strike might be more effective and even louder than a massive human presence. A general strike might include, revoking your W-4 agreement, not going to work at all, not filing returns or paying taxes. If 50% of the nation did this, or might I say 50% of American state born people, (how could we expect recent immigrants to understand), this would stop the greatest source of theft ever, it would collapse every large bank( a good thing), and congress persons may start to examine how they represent their states and districts. Now that is political action that fights crime, sends a message that stealing labor is theft, and that you as a nation are aware of this crime. The bible teaches that the Lord does everything to accomplish big results and on multiple levels, this is the kind of action the children of the kingdom should take as a model. Our Lord thinks it out well, I think His kingdom men and women ought to as well.

    Dear Sister,

There is an opportunity in all this, I don’t quite understand it all, and occasionally find myself overwhelmed, but I see our Lord move in my life, in lives around me; God’s won’t fail, but the saints will fail to take the opportunity in every trial, and although it’s not helpful, the Lord is faithful, and is a God of 2nd chances. With hell all around, the children of the Lord have an opportunity to see what the power of the Lord can do in every circumstance that confronts us. The army of hell is all around and will not overthrow the Kingdom of God as long as there is one saint to stand firm in the armor of God. Believe it.

I like the way you put that, but isn’t there a great deal of discussion about title 26 in SEDM and FAMGUARDIAN pages?

Yogi Berra said it something like:

“You can never be as wrong as someone that believes something that just ain’t so”.

Someone wrote a book about Yogi if you need the exact quote.

How about adding when you notice the AG that he’s probably telling you that you can take it up in law suit.

Correct me if I’m in error, the writer of the Federal Zone stated that there is the court of federal claims that acted as a Article III court, and that a petition could be made for a judge from that court to sit on a non-taxpayer case.

My understanding was that a judge from this court is not subject to IRS sham taxes and thereby able to be unbiased to some degree. I believe I read something to this effect when following the many documents from the supreme law library.

I’m at the same place and all the posts here are on target, I’m sure that the IRS is not going to show me any evidence of anything, and I down to writing the same letters just to respond to their letters. they only come bi-annually now and they just send the same demands. And I promise to pay when they come up with the same proofs that I’ve demanded from the beginning. I think I’ll have to get used to working sporadically for various concerns and contracts; it hurts to lose clients and colleagues, I miss the people, but it is in God’s hands, and we can pray together and that’s fellowship right?

Bless you brother, may God grant you peace.

Very Clear and understandable post, is there a bar that would prevent bringing up the fact that I, and just about everyone I know is not a “person”? How about a verified declaration? is that good enough?

Who wouldn’t like that? Have you gotten a response or any indication at all? I’ve gotten nothing for my troubles with a levy but i did respond similar to you. Good luck

Yes it is an excellent post, but let’s mention the foreclosures caused by irs levies on salaries of non-filers that know that they are not required to file. i know a few in that category and they are in real trouble; without money there is no access to the courts and due process requires frn’s, this is just another bank scam as most scams are bank scams.
