Here it is found in Washington state.
46.21Driver license compact.
I noticed they changed things to make these facts more obscure.
480-30-001 Purpose of chapter.
480-30-006 Application of rules.
480-30-011 Exempt operations.
480-30-016 Determination of authority.
480-30-021 Additional requirements.
I noticed that 480-30-010 is now missing.
I am dealing a with prosecutor who claims that she does not have to prove that the cause for a license suspension, the root of the charge against me, was lawful and correct in the first place.
I did ask for that information in my discovery request and the judge defended the prosecutor's refusal to produce evidence. The claim is that I had my license suspended for not paying child support. I asked for a copy of the child support order, proof that I applied for a SSN, and the authority of DSHS to have business with a citizen.
If there is/was a child support order against me the prossecutor should have no trouble producing it.
I, after having read various cases and laws, have concluded that I am not required to have a “driver's license.”
There is something odd about the laws, RCWs, that I have found. The laws refer to a person's driver's license or your driver's license. I don't have a driver so I fail to see how my actions could hurt their Driver license. The card says DRIVER LICENSE it does not say “DRIVER'S LICENSE” anywhere on it.
I appologize for any spelling errors.
