In some ways it's doubtful to try and predict what the irs will do, since their motives are most likely driven by greed and extorting honest Americans'. I am still wondering why Mr. Banister's appeal to the Sec. of Treasury is taking so long, should be open and shut. In simple english the irs where (and are) wrong and fabricated material and conspired with the judge to railroad a person whom they want to silence.

Maybe one of us honest informed Americans should take over as Sec. I would rubber stamp Joe's case and have him return to normal status asap. Hopefully we will have news soon about the end of this injustice!
