I’m very sad to report that John Harris has died. I first came across John when he was a regular on the conference circuit talking about the corruption of the legal system. He founded The People’s United Community, see links column on main site and: http://www.tpuc.org/, and is one of the pioneers of the Freeman-on-the-Land movement. I found him very inspiring and interesting and he was highly influential on me a few years ago. His passing was announced on the TPUC website yesterday:

John has been a father to me for so many years. He showed me compassion, love and respect and never wanted anything in return and for that I thank you, John.

John influenced my life in a massive way, and made me the person I am today, and for that, John, I thank you. I will miss our daily conversations, our jokes and the times we called each other names. I will miss the times we have moaned at each other, told each other when we were wrong, but the most I will miss is you.

You could talk for ever and often I could never get a word in. I used to say to you that I wished you would give it a break. But now, I would love just to hear you talk again.

I love you John, like a father, like a brother and especially as a friend. I will miss you my friend.

There has been some speculation about his death and one of the announcements said that it was suicide; however John himself wrote something on the website last week that does not sound like the words of a suicidal man:

Hi to you all,

I would like to wish you all the best and may I say that this is a goodbye for good, which is long overdue. TPUC main site is now re-directed and the Forum is in Ben’s control and has absolutely nothing to do with me. All I have ever wanted to say is in my book Memoirs of the AntiChrist.

If I had my time over I would never have got on that stage in Stoke and done “it’s an illusion” as it turned me into a self obsessed monster and not only did I nearly destroy the love of my life, I nearly destroyed my family with my selfishness, delusions of grandeur and thinking I am something special.

I have now been offered a lifeline and a chance to rebuild all I have destroyed and I am so humbled by the fact this has been offered to me, considering what I have done. I consider myself to be the luckiest man on the planet to be given this chance and I turn my back on TPUC and everything that took me away from my family. I now have become what I should have been all along a loving family man, husband to be and a hard working plumber who pays his tax.

I strongly suggest to anyone who reads this that if you too are about to forsake your family the way that I did, then please rethink, as I promise you there is nothing more important than your family, nothing!

So all that is left to say is goodbye and I wish you all the happiness, good health and all the love in the world, as I now am so privileged and lucky to have back and never will I forsake it again…

Eddie Ray Kahn is a tax protester. Kahn is currently in prison for tax crimes, with a tentative release date of 2026. Kahn founded the group American Rights Litigators and ran the for-profit businesses “Guiding Light of God Ministries” and “Eddie Kahn and Associates.” According to the U.S. Justice Department, all three organizations are or were illegal tax evasion operations.

On October 12, 2006, Kahn was charged, with actor Wesley Snipes and Douglas P. Rosile, with one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States under 18 U.S.C. § 371, and one count of making or aiding and abetting the making of a false and fraudulent claim for payment against the United States, under 18 U.S.C. § 287 and 18 U.S.C. § 2.

Kahn went to Panama after the 2006 indictment, but was arrested and returned to the United States for the trial. During much of the trial, Kahn remained in his jail cell, refusing to participate and claiming that the court had no jurisdiction. News reports indicated that Kahn “has no legal training but insists on representing himself and has made several missteps and peculiar motions. For example, he sought to be immediately freed because the indictment lists his name in all capital letters, and he claimed U.S. attorneys have no jurisdiction because Florida supposedly was never ceded to the federal government”. These motions were denied.

On February 1, 2008, Kahn was found guilty on the charge of conspiracy to defraud the government and on the charge of making or aiding and abetting in the filing of a false claim. Wesley Snipes was found guilty on three misdemeanor counts of failing to file Federal income tax returns. Douglas P. Rosile was convicted on the conspiracy and false claim charges.

On April 24, 2008, Kahn was sentenced to ten years in prison.

Although already in prison, Kahn was indicted with four other persons on September 3, 2008, on charges of mail fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud, and conspiracy to defraud the United States. The indictment was handed down by a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C. The indictment charges that Kahn conspired to sell schemes based on deliberate misrepresentations of the legal basis of the U.S. tax system.

On May 26, 2010, Kahn was found guilty of conspiracy to defraud the United States and conspiracy to commit mail fraud as well as one count of mail fraud, in connection with the sale of worthless “bills of exchange” for the purpose of impeding the Internal Revenue Service and promoting other schemes to orchestrate tax fraud. Kahn was accused of manufacturing over $1 billion in fictitious financial instruments purporting to be drawn on the U.S. Treasury. Others found guilty in the affair were Stephen C. Hunter, Danny True and Allan J. Tanguay. On August 30, 2010, Kahn was sentenced to twenty years in prison on these convictions.

Eddie Kahn is incarcerated at the Rivers Correctional Institute, a federal facility at Winton, North Carolina. As a result of his latest convictions, his scheduled release date was changed from July 18, 2015 to April 21, 2026. Douglas Rosile was incarcerated at the Federal Community Corrections Office at Cincinnati, Ohio, and was released on June 1, 2012.

I found this statement very helpful and useful as another article for my Religious Freedom Restoration Act file. It confirms a prophesy in the Book of Mormon and supports the reasons I cannot believe anything the government tells me that goes against the teachings of Christ. Because it is obvious that the “secret combinations” are NOW in charge of the U.S. government.

Here is more evidence from the IRS Website that a statutory citizen under title 26 is an alien who becomes naturalized alien:

5. An individual born in Guam.

2. The child is under the age of 18;
3. The child is residing in the United States as a lawful permanent resident alien and is in the legal and physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent; and

In the case of In Re Becraft where Larry Becraft lost in his claims of citizenship, the appeals court used the phrase “individual citizen”.  That term means a STATUTORY territorial citizen who commutes across the border.  Such an “individual citizen” is legally defined as a naturalized citizen who lives close enough to the border to frequently enter that foreign country to perform services in that foreign country.  See Form 179 or 197.  Immigration form 197.  Omitted and no longer used.  That’s what they used to defeat Becraft.  This type of citizen is mentioned on the former I-197 form:

“The former Immigration and Nationality Services (INS) issued the I-179 from 1960 until 1973. It revised the form and renumbered it as Form I-197. INS issued the I-197 from 1973 until April 7, 1983. INS issued Form I-179 and I-197 to naturalized U.S. citizens living near the Canadian or Mexican border who needed it for frequent border crossings. Although neither form is currently issued, either form that was previously issued is still valid.”
