<p>I agree in the thought process that this is wrong but the problem in these stories and with these cases are that the &#8220;people&#8221; (&#8220;persons&#8221; rather) do not know why they are actually held liable. FreedomFighter89, there are only 48 constitutional states. FYI.</p>
<p>To your modified forms; they are way cool but, by making the alteration, you invalidate the form. I agree with the admin. Qualifying attachments are required. You can&#039;t change their rules, you can only change the way you play.</p>

It binds the government from infringing on the ones you have. Unless they some how convert you into the service or the government and presume you waived your inherent rights.</p>
