No inference, implication, or presumption of legislative construction shall be drawn or made by reason of the location or grouping of any particular section or provision or portion of this title, nor shall any table of contents, table of cross references, or similar outline, analysis, or descriptive matter relating to the contents of this title be given any legal effect. The preceding sentence also applies to the sidenotes and ancillary tables contained in the various prints of this Act before its enactment into law.

Gene, I hope you don't go through with taking your own life.

Wouldn't you like to be around when we get the IRS straightened out?
Do you know about the 1939 Public Salary Tax Act and 4 USCS 111, that say's the tax is for Gov. Officials and Fed. and State employee's?
There is a case thet say's the income is not the subject of the tax but used to measure the tax (excise) for some sort of privilege, like a kickback or return for working for the Government.
Also, I suspect that taking a Social Security Number has a lot to do with us being taxed.
