I just realized that the form asks if you “have applied for or been issued a US passport”, which of course, we know there is no such thing.

But regrettably, I have already submitted my old USA passport.

    Sonic Speed,

I HAVE “READ THE DOCUMENT!” but maybe not understood it as you do.

As it states, I have been issued a SSN. As I mentioned earlier, I am still reading through “The Great IRS Hoax” and so trying to understand the whole process of “renouncing” or returning my SSN, establishing my correct citizenship and tax status, etc.

So does anyone have an opinion, is there a legal-ease loophole to say that I haven't been issued a SSN number, when I have been issued one?

I don't see how “I” haven't applied for a passport before, maybe if I had already renounced or returned my SSN, then legally I would be seen as a different entity.

Writing non-valid. So, we'll see if they accept that response. The thing is I have a previous passport with the SSN, which they can easliy go find. So, I hope if they do require it they will just go reference it from the previous app but I will have a current app with none valid as the response for SSN.

That makes sense. Thanks for your opinion.

I will just modify the official app with USA citizen, etc instead of US citizen – unless anyone has any suggestions to the contrary.

I will post my results! 🙂

The seccond page was from the modified app:

    http://www.famguardi…11-Modified.pdf

    Then I also substituted:

    dwelling for address

nativity for birth (mine and parents' info)

Christian name and surname for name (mine and parents' info)

    I think that was it.

    I haven't replied yet.

I am working my way through the Great IRS Hoax still. I am in Chapter 4. Just from browsing the website, I had seen enough to know things are wrong but to really get a firm grasp on all the info it seems like it could take months! 😮

But in the mean time, I need to get a passport, register to vote, get a refund of income tax paid.

    Any suggestions?

    OK, thanks.

I have been trying to get educated and follow procedures but have not found the steps to take. I thought the Great IRS Hoax book just related to dealing with the IRS, so I hadn't yet taken to reading it straight through.

So, I guess the 2.9 FAQ should help.

I'll admit I was trying to do everything very quick but I guess I'll have to keep playing by what they tell me, until I learn the real rules!
