In addition, China is organizing meetings with SE Asian countries and is persuading them to use the Chinese currency instead of the US dollar as their preferred reserve currency to be used to settle international contracts. In other words China is working to get other countries to decrease their demand for US dollars.
This is a very bad thing especially in light of the Federal Reserve’s so-called “quantitative easing” since 2008, which is merely a series of electronic accounting entries in which the Fed increases the US money supply by $85 BILLION each month (this money is credited to the bank accounts of the US Government at various Federal Reserve member banks).
As the demand for US dollars decreases world wide, US imports become more expensive and US exports become cheaper. With excess money supply outpacing the production of US made goods and services, presto, we have inflation.
And when it gets really bad, we end up with hyper inflation. And it is coming sooner than you think folks. Prices in the US will jump and the purchasing power of the dollar will decline
And as most here know from Econ 101, the simple definition of inflation is too much money chasing too few goods

Mccwolf, I suggest you read Tommy Cryer’s Memorandum of Law…. you should study his piece de resistance in depth. Especially take note of his US Supreme Court cites. But you should ignore his cites to any court case below the US Supreme Court

In my view, Cryer could have done a better job on his statutory construction arguments by citing to other US Supreme Court cases and US Attorney General legal opinions
Also, Cryer’s repeated insistence that the tax code is “law”, is just plain wrong and was bone headed, in part, because in Feb. 1939, the US Congress REPEALED all internal revenue laws.. And all versions of the tax code since then, are based on a REPEALED law. This is why, if you look at the Titles page of any US Code volume or go to the Office of Law Revision Counsel web page at

Leaving aside and ignoring the fact that the current Internal Revenue Code is only prima facie evidence of the law, and in fact, is not really a “law”, because it was repealed effective Feb 11, 1939, and that all subsequent version of the IRC are based on the repealed 1939 Code, I only wish to add that the 1040NR is only supposed to be used by nonresident aliens, to report taxable income that was effectively connected to the conduct of a trade or business.
Also, there is a treasury regulation that clearly states that the nonresident alien is supposed to determine each year, whether their gross income is connected to the conduct of a trade or business. And then to separate that portion of gross income associated with a trade or business, from monies received from all other sources, and to report and pay income taxes on ONLY the monies associated with the conduct of a trade or business.

Just one clarification. I am a state citizen and, therefore, an American Citizens as well.
YOu should be careful not to fall into the trap of saying that you are a “sovereign citizen.”
The lying and corrupted IRS and US Government have both hijacked the term “sovereign citizen” and they employ alot of people to create public relations lies and get them printed in MSM, and try and link bad events, to so-called “sovereign citizens”.
When the Boston Marathon was bombed, in my locale, there were government liars on local TV stating that the bombing was done by “tax protestors from the sovereign citizens movement”
And of course that was all proven to be a lie, as the real bombers were Muslims.
In any case, there is no need to insist that you are a “sovereign citizen”, simply being an American citizen and thus, a citizen of one of the 50 several states, is sufficient.
That said, there is ample evidence from standing US Supreme Court opinions, that make clear that sovereignty resides in the American People, and NOT in the federal government.
I suggest that you write down the cites to those US supreme Court cases and keep them handy as you give speeches and talk to others.
I am superior to all man made governments and I lawfully have not paid any income taxes in a very looooooong time.
But as you well know, freedom is not free.

I just want to address one specific issue, and that is Admin’s assertion that the Constitution does not apply within federal territory.
ADMIN, God knows, the enormous amount of stuff that you read and have to process in order to do the superb job of running this FG Forum. I think you may have forgot about something that I shared with you some years ago on this subject.
I thought that about 5 years ago or so, I shared with you the two GAO reports on the applicability of the US Constitution within the
federal territories and possessions?
Those two GAO reports concluded, and I concur, that the US Constutition applies within federal territory, but only to the extent that the US Congress says so.
Since Congress has plenary power on federal territory, they have the authority to determine which, if any constitutional provisions are applicable therein.

Additional proof that the US Constitution applies within the District of Columbia, can be found in the U.S. Statutes at Large at 16 Stat. 419, 426, at the bottom of section 34.

It reminds of me a guy I know, one Charles Weatherly, bless his soul, who wrote to the Secty of State of Pennsylvania and asked them if the term “citizen” is defined in the state Revenue Codes.
And a lawyer employed by the State, wrote back and talked about the term “resident” as used in State tax code, and then admitted that the term “citizen” is not used in the State tax code.
Thus, one can be a Pennsylvania citizen domiciled in Pennsylvania, without necessarily also being a State resident.
SEDM has recently put together material and videos on the propaganda that the corrupted US government and all governments, really, uses, in order to control the masses. It is amazingly great stuff!!!

Monsanto has destroyed the lives and livelihoods of untold number of farmers who wanted to use seeds created from crops that grew from Monsanto’s seeds.
Monsanto employs hundreds of men who drive all over the USA farm lands looking for so-called “cheating” farmers.
A great movie that exposes how unjust Monsanto is, and how much power they have within the American farm community, is “Food Inc.”
Monsanto forces farmers to buy new seeds every year, just to grow the same crops that the farmer grew in the previous grow season.
Monsanto also has genetically tinkered with corn feed that is used to fatten up chicken. The chickens go from birth, to market in about 38 days, instead of 78 days. The thing is, the chickens must be kept in dark coops devoid of sunlight and kept prisoner in small pens and cages where the chicken never sees the light. of day. A farmer can get the chicken to market faster and thus get paid sooner and feed the chicken less, so chicken farmers have run to sign up with Monsanto.
This method of raising chickens is contrasted with what is called free range chickens, who are allowed to run about, eat insects, and who are not cooped all their entire short lives, inside of a filthy, smelly chicken coop that has chicken feces everywhere.
