Thanks for the suggestion, but…Instead of piling more work on the author, why don't you guys help out by compiling what you are asking for so I can post it?? Do I look like yo-mama?? What you are asking for would be a tremendous amount of work, you know.
He..he…he.
Author #2? 😆
Okay, I understand. I did not realize that it would be such a tremendous amount of work.
I will begin the process myself and post in a separate thread, titled “US Supreme Court Quotations”, the cases that I have already read/excerpted. Understand though, that I will not be able to link them to the various web pages on famguardian where the Cases are cited and quoted.
But at least this will be a start. A long time ago, I think I recall seeing on Becraft's web site, a long list of cases dealing with federal jurisidction. I am sure I have that on disk, and will start there.
Thanks for the consideration.

Is this link what you are looking for when you talk about categorizing cases? Scroll down until you see them all.

[post=”1773″][/post]Sorta, but not really. The web page you cited is extremely helpful and is a great tool.
It is great that the url and web page you refer to, links to the http://www.findlaw.com opinion of the US SUpreme Court. However, the web page you cited does not contain all of the US Supreme Court cases cited on the famguardian website.
Second, the web page you cited does not contain the key constitutional principles espoused by the Supreme Court in said cases, broken down by subject matter, so, for example, all of the important cases in which the U.S. Supreme Court addressed the issue of federal jurisdiction inside the Union states as per Const. 1:8:17, would be listed together and excerpted, and also on the same web page, would be the Court's rulings dealing with “liberty”, their decisions dealing with void for vagueness doctrine, statutory construction, income taxes, the 14th Amendment, etc, etc.
I think it would be helpful, especially for the more serious students and legal researchers among us, if there was one centralized web page at famguardian where all of the Supreme Court cases cited herein, were grouped together, excerpted, and had active html links.
I will cut -n-paste this post in the Suggestion Thread.
Thanks.

I don't have the energy or time to recount the number of times I have been in heated discussions with folks.
They have called me an anarchist and far worse.
Funny thing is, they have never, and I mean NEVER refuted what I said. And they always know far less US Supreme Court decisions than I do. Not a single person whom I have met, has been able to rebut the Supreme Court cases.
And that fact alone speaks volumes.
I try to educate, instead of argue. But when an arguement is imposed upon me, I generally destroy the un-learned, brain-washed person. And yes, I can say I have lost some “friends”. They resent the fact that I lawfully do not pay any income taxes and I believe they are jealous that I have had the courage to stand up to the IRS and take a stand based upon the facts, the eveidence and the USA Constitution.
But what is really quite sad is the fact that so many young parents have sold their children into slavery and even when given the Truth, simply refuse to believe that the federal and state governments could be THAT deceptive and untruthful.
I have given documents/briefing papers to folks, about 10, 15, or 20+ pages in length, and they are like, “You expect me to read all of this?!” And they rarely ever do.
The majority of the American People are not properly motivated to grab their Freedom and Liberty. They simply do not care. Americans are intellectually too lazy and apathetic about their unalienable Rights.
Those of us in the Tax Honesty Movement should be repositioning our strategy so it is not “Patriots v. IRS”, but we should instead reframe the dialogue so that it focuses exclusively on the US Supreme Court's Decisions v. IRS.
And then lets see how well the IRS can do in arguing against US Supreme Court opinions.
It would be helpful if every single US Supreme Court opinion cited on this website, were excerpted and catalogued on one web page, with section headings and url HTML links, so, for example, all of the cases dealing with the Court's definition of “liberty”, would be available within the same document as the Courts opinions dealing with the nature of the 16th Amendment, etc.
The arguement against the IRS's deceptive and illegal enforcement actions can be defeated by relying soley upon prior US Supreme Court decisions. So, our educational efforts, should leverage the US Supreme Court to help persuade the un-believers and the naysayers.
People who argue within the confines of the IRC are asking for trouble. Ask Larken Rose.
Educating the masses is a generational mission that can only occur one Citizen at a time.
Once our Strategic Plan is in place, we will have a more coherent message and our pace of obtaining converts will quicken.
I think putting posters up around College campuses is a great idea. I am gonna do that too. 🙂
In the meantime, I urge everyone to append a signature to their email messages and to list the http://www.sedm.org website and the link to the free Hoax book.

Rattler14, if you have time, please post all the url links that you can.
This stuff is very important and proves the lengths to which the incredibly corrupt USG Employees will go to satisfy their greed.

I saw an report prepared by a gropup of mechancial and structural engineers, and they concluded that there is no way a Boeing 757 plane crashed into teh Pentagon.
The Report had schematics of the interior walls of teh Pentagon and it marked those walls/columns which suffered damage.
Okay, so there is that.
Also, I saw a video captured by a Pentagon security camera which shows a small object, possibly a remote controlled F-16 flying about 8 feet off the ground and slamming into the Pentagon. This video is available on the Web.
Okay, so there is that.
And, on the day of and in the days after the Pentagon was allegedly attacked, I noticed that from TV footage and pictures from the print media, that the grass outside the Pentagon and the point of attack, was pristine and untouched. In perfect condition. I recall thinking, how the (censored) can a 757 jet crash into the Pentagon and not leave any traces on the surrounding grass?
Oddly enough, SECDEF Rumsfeld gave the order to pave over the grass outside the Pentagon with gravel and thsi was done, I think on SEPT 12, 2001 or within a couple of days of 9.11.
And most importantly, not a single body of the 757 planes passengers was ever recovered from the Pentagon debris.
How can that be?
And there was no 757 plane wreckage recovered either?
I am convinced that the USG attacked itself and murdered American Civilians and Servicemen at the Pentagon, as a guise to justify going to war in Afghanistan and securing the oil pipeline.
Planes definately crashed into the WTC, but no 757 jet crashed into the Pentagon.

Bravo!!!
Well said, Author #2.
The quatloser and IRS Employee, Joey Smith, does indeed “mentally masterbate” all day long over at http://www.quatloos.com.
I have noticed that the qualosers still prefer to call you names and attack you behind your back.
They are unable to write a factually correct and Truthful rebuttal to your articles and other free speech educational materials available at http://www.famguardian.org, so resorting to name calling is about all that they can do.
The truth, positive enacted laws, the Constitution, and God, are all on our side.
By contrast, the IRS employees who spend hours everyday posting IRS propaganda at http://www.quatloos.com, lie to the qualoos Forum's readers; they can not point to any positive enacted law that makes American Citizen's liable to pay the IRS income taxes — because no such law exists; they hate the USA Constitution and fear it like Supreman feared kryptonite; and they hate God and Jesus and they IRS Employees love Satan.
The End.
Bing
A happy guy who lawfully does not pay any income taxes to the IRS.
Actually, according to the Office of Inspector General, US Department of the Treasury, there are quite a few IRS Employees who, each month, either get indicted, arrested, are arraigned, or are convicted of all manner of crimes.
Several times each year, the USG writes a report which gives details of the IRS criminals/employees and the nature of their crimes.

I am not so sure that I agree with P. Hendrickson's strategy of self-promotion, by putting photocopies of IRS refund checks, up on the internet.
All that does is attract attention and get people at the IRS, angry with Peter.
Plus, it discloses to the IRS, who exactly has used Peter's approach and for which time periods.
Yes, more American Citizens need to learn about how corrupt the IRS really is and how they steal the money of hard-working American Citizens, and they need to know and see that some Americans ARE getting their money back from the IRS, but still, placing refund checks up on teh web is not smart.
IMHO
Bing
JWR, you are most welcome.
We must never forget that the IRS and the DOJ Tax Division is waging war against the American People and against the USA Constitution.
That said, we must all be careful and on our guard because the IRS is on the prowl and will use and apply any number of dirty tricks to destroy the Tax Honesty Movement.
The IRS's modus operandi these last few years was to attack the leaders of the tax honesty movement in the expectation that they will more cost effectively stem the flow of 1040 filers out of the federal income tax system, by using the propoganda of high profile prosecutions, to scare other American Citizens who may be thinking about asserting their Constitutional Rights and dropping out of the IRS's 1040 filing program.
However, the so-called “Tax Gap” has grown by tens of billions of dollars each year, thus proving once again that the corrupt IRS can never get anything correct.
One irony is that as the Tax Honesty Movement gets more and more successful, and the corrupt Federal Reserve and IMF realize they lost the battle to supress the Truth about the IRS's fraud on the American People, I expect that some unseen enemy will surface, and the USG, in an effort to “protect” us, will activate the prison camps that have been built and which are still being built.
Goodbye USA Constitution, hello martial law.
The USG will create a “common enemy” and in the true spirit of a Hegelian Dialectic, the feds will also create the so-called solution to the problem.
Unless we can succeed and organize and get millions of people to march on Washngton, DC, in the long run the USA will be destroyed by the corrupt government agents and corrupt government employees.
Getting a few million Americans to set aside the time to march on DC, peacefully, will garner publicity on an epic scale and force the corrupt federal government to make some concessions.
The feds would be much further along in implementing their grand design if they were able to disarm Americans more quickly then they have thus far.

[post=”1644″][/post]PS: I am lost in the irony that Lambchop misspelled the word “conviction”.
Bing
Lambchop, er, I mean, Lambskin, sir, what a wonderful idea!!! 😕
By all accounts, your lead post is chock-ful of promising ideas and is darn near effusive to the point of being, well, how shall I say this, “straining” in your effort to “connect” with those of us in the Tax Honesty Movement.
Your folksy approach and self-deprecating manner does not fool me.
Tell me something, sir, can you give us one reason, just one reason, why any one of us on this Forum should trust you or anything that you post?
C'mon, just give us one reason.
My goodness, if I didn't know any better, I would suggest that there exists the real possibility that your appearence here on this Forum, and your apparent willingness to proffer an open invitation to do all of the yeo-mans legwork to organize a so-called “freedom conference”, is merely a ruse to try and gather intelligence about the posters on this hallowed Forum in particular, and the Tax Honesty Movement in general.
I am reminded of the IRS undercover agent who met Larken Rose in a diner and, after “bonding” with Larken, got Larken to say certain things. Maybe you, Lambchop, can study the undercover craft from Larken's dining mate, eh?
Further, and I freely concede I may be wrong here, but I surmise from the manner in which your lead post is worded, and certain “tells”, that there also exists the real distinct possibility that perhaps you are in fact working for the IRS in an undercover capacity and your post is part of a larger program to infiltrate the Tax Honesty Movement, and step one was to see if you could trick some of us into showing up on some unknown date, at some as yet unspecified local Chicago Hotel, to discuss the topics which, themselves, are also unknown and unspecified.
Hmmmm. <_<
Sniff, sniff. 😮
Perhaps you could have fooled more of us had you actually did more up front planning and came to the table better prepared.
Lambchop, as far as I am concerned, your lead post just does not cut it. Not with me it doesn't.
I smell something very fishy about you, your appearence here, and your so-called invitation.
Therefore, I am compelled to conclude that your invitation is nothing more than a trap and a ruse, to try and gather names and intelligence about those of us who labor silently behind the scenes and tirelessly work to educate American Citizens about the lying, corrupt nature of the IRS and how the IRS is defrauding and stealing money from patriotic, honest American Citizens.
And if you doubt the IRS and the DOJ Tax Division is corrupt, study the US Government Report House 101-800, titled, “MISCONDUCT BY IRS SENIOR MANAGERS”, and you will see first hand that the US House of Representatives uncovered evidence of IRS attorneys and Senior Managers repeatedly lying under oath.
My intuition tells me that after having struck out and being embarassed at trial in the bogus prosecution of Joe Banister, the IRS undercover drones are trying to cast a wider net and see if they can tag-n-bag others in the Tax Honesty Movement.
Further, I believe that this undercover program is a continuation of the unlawful raid on Larken Rose's home; the summons issued to Bob Schulz and WTP, to turn over WTP records; the gestapo raid against Freedom Books and Irwin Schiff; the warrantless raid on Sherry Jackson's home; and, the harrassment and raid against John Kotmair and SAPF in Maryland, etc.
You see, Lambchop, I see a distinct pattern here.
And I connect the dots and see a mosaic. By watching and observing the IRS's actions out in the field, one can readily work backwords and distill their intentions and plans, and thus better predict the IRS's future tactics.
Well, that approach DOES NOT apply to the IRS boon-doggle of a Information Systems upgrade working with the possibly criminal elements over at CSC Corp, which is currently being investigated for accounting and mail fraud of Enron-esque dimensions.
It sure is funny that the IRS's lead PRIME Contractor for the BSM is CSC, whose Management Team may be indicted very shortly. Ahahahahahahah 😆
Back on point.
Now, since you have no credibility in this Forum, Lambchop, as they say in the spy biz, you have no bona fides. Thus, there is darn near nothing that you can say, do, or post in this Forum, that will convince me that your lead post was truthful, genuine, and sincere, and that you are NOT WORKING UNDERCOVER FOR the IRS.
Lambchop, if you are not an IRS undercover agent, why don't you go visit the IRS sponsored/financed and IRS controlled website at http://www.quatloos.com, and author 150 anti-IRS posts and engage those IRS shills over there, in spirited debates about what you believe and what you insist you have learned about “freedom”. Then, after you have done that, then come back here and share with us what you have learned from arguing with the IRS employees who hide behind various screen names at quatloos.com.
And then, after you do that, MAYBE we can talk about your so-called “Freedom Conference” in Chicago.
Author #2, I want to suggest that you lock Lambchop's lead post so as to prevent him from deleting or modifying it. But if locking his lead post is not an option, I encourage everyone to print it out and see if Lambchop revises it in the future.
Finally, Lambchop, good luck with your “Freedom Conference” and do be sure to report back to this Forum and let us all know how many business cards you and your fellow IRS undercover agents successfully “collected” in Chicago.
Signed,
Bing
A happy man and an American Citizen who lawfully does not pay any income taxes. 😎
The IRS Commissioner gets a ton of mail and can more easily plausibly deny having read or received letters/affidavits from American Citizens. In fact, he has his own Dept. set up to handle these Issue letters, it is called the “Commissioner's Complaint & Processing Group.” And most of the stuff sent to the IRS Commish gets farmed out to the IRS's Ogden, Utah Campus. That is where the dude Dennis Parizek has his Office.
So, I think, writing to the IRS Commish is a waste of time. Far better to make you points with IRS attorneys who do the Commish's bidding. Imagine if 10,000 or 100,000 American Citizens wrote to the IRS's lawyers every single month!!!
We can leverage the fact that IRS attorneys can never be quite sure if or when they may be called to testify. So, they tread very carefully and I suspect, are more apt to issue an order from IRS HQ's “to leave so-and-so alone”.
And, what happens is, your case simply disappears and the IRS moves on to the weaker prey who they are more certain will easily give in to the IRS's unlawful demands.
Plus, by communicating your legal position to IRS attorneys, there is a small chance that you may actually appeal to their sense of honor and justice, and that they will finally see just how corrupt the IRS really is. And that may serve as an impetus for the IRS attorney to defect to our side, or at worst, to quit the IRS entirely.
The important thing is one must not show any fear. Whatever you send to IRS HQs, must demonstrate that you know what you are talking about. You know the Truth about their fraud and you must be willing to call them out on it. What you never want to do is make any written or verbal threats to anyone. That is not what our Cause is about.
Simply stick to the facts, the law, and US Supreme Court decisions.
Put the IRS attorneys on the defensive but do it in a professional manner and be polite about it. Show your good faith in your letters and you make it that much more difficult for the IRS to win a conviction against you.
Do your homework. Study the Great IRS Hoax Book. Know the law. Study US Supreme Court cases. And, more often not, the IRS will back off of you and leave you alone.
Bing
dmzuniga, sir, thank you for taking a stand and fighting to protect and defend the USA Constitution.
Keep up the good work.
Great website!!! And thanks for the html links.

Riverway, you might want to consider writing to:
Donald L. Korb, IRS Chief Counsel
Nicholas J. DeNovio, IRS Deputy Chief Counsel, Technical
Jonathan R. Zelnik, IRS Senior Counsel
John Klotsche, Senior Advisor to IRS Commissioner
Their address is:
IRS
1111 Constitution Ave., N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20224
One might write to one of the four IRS lawyers, and then also send notarized original triplicates to the other three.
Spread the love around. 😀
Bing
Sir, I personally think you are wasting your time writing to a low level IRS lackey in any of the IRS local Offices, who most likely will not have any idea what you are talking about. A far more effective strategy is to write directly to the IRS's lawyers in Washington, DC.
For those of us in the Tax Honesty Movement and American Citizens in general, the decisive point of attack is at the IRS Headquarters. And we should be attacking the IRS ONLY with letters and affidavits, backed up with supporting and credible evidence.
If you or any other American Citizen has a genuine good faith belief that you are a non-taxpayer and that there is no enacted positive law and Implementing Regulation that makes American Citizens liable to pay income taxes to the IRS, then you should consider bolstering your Administrative Record maintained by the IRS, by communicating your position to several top level IRS attorneys whose offices are located in Washington, DC.
Go on the offensive with a carefully constructed, well thought–out letter signed under the penalty of perjury per 28 USC 1746 (1).
Following this approach, places the IRS apparatus in an exceedingly difficult position and places them on the defensive.
If you want to stop the lien process before it even starts, you must let the IRS attorneys know that you know your rights and you know the law and that you will not be a push-over. The IRS prefers to prey on the easiest targets.
Precisely because the IRS attorneys will not want to lie to you via a reply letter, what they will do instead, is shuffle off your request for answers to your most basic questions, to an IRS Branch Office (usually, Ogden, Utah) and the IRS lackeys in Utah will provide you with a non-responsive response.
And that is okay too, because in your initial reply letter to an IRS attorney, you want to inform them that if they fail to answer your questions, under the legal doctrine of estopell by silence, you have the right to presume that your facts and evidence are correct and that there is no enacted positive law which requires Amercan Citizens to pay income taxes to the IRS.
When an IRS lawyer gets sincerely written letter(s) from concerned American Citizens such as yourself, and the IRS attorney fails to reply to said letter(s), that failure on his part shows the IRS's bad faith and also tends to prove that the IRS attorney has shirked his oath of office to protect and defend the USA Constitution.
This is one of the key reasons why Vernice Kuglin prevailed in her criminal trial and her jury found her not guilty to six counts of tax evasion and six counts of willful failure to file income tax returns for six consecutive years.
Strive to put the IRS on the defensive, and they will hang themselves by showing their incredible bad faith to answer even the simplest and most basic of questions, such as, “I want to pay whatever income taxes that I owe, can you and the IRS please advise me of the positive law and Implementing Regulations which requires American Citizens to pay income taxes?”
Good luck.
Bing
