Okay, well thanks for sharing that important info. 😮
maybe if you checked the 'left' location, instead of the 'right' location, it will work.
Kaos, maybe you can convince one of the IRS spys in this Forum, to send you an email.
I would send you an email myself, Kaos, but, like you, I don't know how to do that.
I guess it was pretty smart of you to place this thread in the forum titled, “Bad Links” 😕
Take care,

Sonik, which cases, Maxwell v. Dow and the Hague v. CIO cases, or the Gilmore case?

I disagree. The worst part about quatloos is that people actually cite it. I can't tell you how many people I've told that I'm not liable (though they have made themselves, and therefore I have let them be in their own taxpaying world). Usually the first website they come back with is quatloos. It usually gives me a good laugh, but it's exactly what the IRS needs. People will spend approximately 10 minutes on the internet, find this, then reassure themselves that they weren't crazy and that it is actually just a big scam.
THAT, in my opinion, is the worst part.
[post=”2292″][/post]Yeah, good point rattler, I agree with you.
The brain dead Americans who spend no time investigating the Truth, but instead, simply rely on the liars and IRS employees who spend all day posting at quatloos, get exactly what they deserve.
I would rather have the Tax Honesty Movement have 100,000 well informed, learned Americans, than have 1 million folks, only 10,000 of whom are well informed about the important US supreme Court cases and the USA Constitution.
The Tax Honesty Movement does not need folks with weak constitutions or those who lack genuine courage, because they simply create weak links in the Tax Honesty Movement chain.
The quatloos.com website is a fraud of epic proportions and the Q-regulars are all full-time IRS employees who operate within their “Propaganda Division”, whose HQ is in the IRS Building in D.C.
That Alpha-chick, DEMOSTHENES, told me a post a few years ago that she was an attorney in private practice, yet, amazaingly, she has time to make 30+ posts per day for months and months on end. Geee, I imagine her spending so much time on the internet posting IRS lies, impacted her ability to pump up her billable hours.
The Quatloosers, to a peson, absolutely HATE the USA Constitution and their hostility to America and the Bill of Rights is obvious when you read their Pro-IRS posts in which they repeatedly ignore standing US Supreme Court decisions and instead, will cite Tax Court Memo and T.C. Decisions as legal authority.
Finally, I know that there are at least a 1/2 dozen of folks from this Forum, any one of whom can crush the Quatloosers in a debate, and that is the key reason why quatloosers do not dare post over here, because they know they will get crushed and besides, the quatloosers love to engage in immature name calling and personal insults, once they begin losing their debate, and that is a practice that we will not tolerate in this Forum.

A happy guy who has crushed the Quatloos regulars in a series of debates, circa 2002 and 2003.
Another scam is unsolicited emails, in which the email asserts that VISA/MC numbers have been compromised through data theft, and then it goes on to assert that if you click on the web site url contained in the actual email, it will take you to a supposed VISA website, where they ask you to enter in personal info in order to make sure that your cc number has not been lost or stolen.
I received recently, an email from someone and the return email address was ______@visa.com, and then a day or so later, I received the exact same email, from someone purportedly from MasterCard, asking the exact info.
has anyone else received these emails in the past week?

Stevie Sy is a bona fide good guy, or appears to be.
Oddly enough though, he has in the past admitted that he has exchanged emails with DEMOSTHENES, the reigning IRS Alpha-Queen at quatloos. And this fact makes me a littkle suspect of Stevie Sy.
However, it very well is possible that the IRS shills who own and run quatloos.com have created a fictional Stevie Sy so the quatloos Forum would have the thesis v. antithesis match that the IRS shills covet so much.
One thing is clear, at quatloos, the same IRS employee will often use 3 or more cyber screen names. The best example of this is when some MOM from Iowa, writes a innocent question about income taxes, and then a bunch of quatloosers will dog pile and try and scare the crap out her with there posts.
And then, the Mom will thank the Forum regulars for setting her straight. Yep, you guessed it, the so-called “Mom” was herself, and IRS employee posting from DC, Boston, or Austin.
The only good thing about quatloos is that some of those guys can post some hilarious stuff, heck, I used to lol at some of their replies to my posts.
The main drawback to quatloos, is that the website has ZERO integrity and relies on smoke and mirrors to lie to unsuspecting Americans who happen to stumble across it. Thus, most of the stuff posted at quatloos, by the IRS shills who are paid by the IRS to post all day, are untrue and untrustworthy.

Brian Rookard has not posted in this Forum since Sonik and Author #2 crushed him in a debate back in 2003 or 2004.
I don't know if he works for the IRS, but he certainly has authored countless Pro-IRS posts over at the IRS funded front of a website known as http://www.quatloos.com, where paid, full time IRS employees, often operating with 3 or more cyber screen names, work 24/7 to try and scare, intimidate and confuse unsuspecting visitors to the quatloos website.
I predict that we shant see Brian Rookard in this Forum any time soon because he knows he lost an arguement and he also knows that he is an intellectual lightweight when it comes to debating these important legal issues.

What an incredible miscarriage of justice.
I followed and listened to hours and hours of the trial blogs and came away convinced that Judge Dawson is an evil, evil man.
Dawson and the DOJ lawyer's actions were simply shameful.
I was stunned that Dawson refused to permit the jurors to examine Cindy's dog-eared copy of the IRC, even though the book was already admitted into evidence. Amazingly, the idiotic Schiff jurors saw no reason to question the judge's refusal to let them examine the evidence. WTF is up with that!?
Irwin made many mistakes in his defense, to be sure, but he also wrote some very powerful Motions that were not granted.
Schiff is done, and yes, he likely will not get out of prison alive, but we must not give up or lose hope in our struggle for Truth and Justice. A nd we especially must not allow ourselves to be intimidated by the bullying and corrupt DOJ lawyers who are a disgrace to the legal profession.
We must press on even harder and engage and petition the IRS and the USG with even more resolve.
The best thing we can to is to honor the life and work of Irwin Schiff, by pressing the IRS at every chance and to keep writing to them asking them to show us the enacted positive law codified in the Statutes at Large, and the Implementing Regulations published in the Federal Register, which makes an American Citizen liable to pay income taxes.
Irwin Schiff is not a criminal and he is not a convict. He is a great American Citizen!!! Schiff committed no crime and the corrupt DOJ and corrupt IRS know this fact.
May God Bless, Protect, and Look after Irwin Schiff
We will never, never, never, give in to the IRS.
Never!

Sonik, great post and thanks for the case cite.
If the Court is telling the truth, and Gilmore is a “US citizen” under fedferal statutes, then he has no constitutional rights. Zero. Zip. None.
I noted on page 6 of the court's opinion, that Gilmore was identified by the Court as being a “resident of California and a United States citizen…” so, it appears that the Court is technically correct, in that federal U.S. citizens DO NOT HAVE constitutional rights and may not avail themselves of the protection provided by the first 8 amendments to the Bill of Rights. For proof, see the US supreme Court cases of Maxwell v. Dow and Hague v The Committee for Industrial Organization.
However, I have in my files, most if not all of the Motions and Pleadings filed by Gilmore, and I seem to recall that in his papers, he identified himself, as an American Citizen, and not as a U.S. citizen. Later this week I will go back and double check this. The point here is that the 9th Circuit is incredibly corrupt and most of those judges sitting on the Bench, are unfit to serve because they are so obviously hostile to the USA Constitution. If there is an earthquake in California, one can only hope that Mother Nature sees fit to uhhh, well, you just never know what can happen when there is an earthquake.
I do not recall whether Gilmore admitted that he was a resident of California. If he said as much, then he made a strategic error, because being a resident, is not the same as having a domicile.
I will go back and reread Gilmore's papers and then reread the opinion.

Mr. Bing – You are a fine poster here and I respect what you have to say within these forums, but I do not even disclose my information to you, nor do you disclose your information to me. What makes anyone think that I would disclose them to this undercover? And I ask you – why would you even exchange with him? The guy is clearly an undercover.

[post=”2211″]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post]Sonik, let me be clear about two things, 1) I haven't exchanged anything, and 2) I cann't prevent someone from disclosing contact info in an email.

[post=”2201″]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post]Well, Sonik won't have everything, unlike Google China, I don't disclose the contents of emails and PMs that I get from others, even from alleged IRS spys like Lamby.
Not sharing emails and PMs is a sound practice I developed long ago and has served me in good stead. Besides, too few people respect other's privacy as it is.
Accordingly, I will respectfully decline Lamby's implied offer that I will disclose/reveal Lamby's personal contact info that he revealed to me via a PM.
Sonik, uhh, all I can say is that if Lambskin wanted you to have his name and phone numbers, he would send them to you via PM. Until he does, you should just assume that he wishes to maintain his privacy, same as you, and we should all simply move forward.
Finally, in an ironic twist, all I can say is, Lambskin, even though you might be who I said you were, nevertheless, I won't be disclosing the contents of your PM to anyone. Whatever personal information that you choose to disclose about yourself in your PMs or in your posts, is your own decision.

I'll make you a deal.

I ain't hidin' nothin' 'cause I ain't got nothin' to hide and I'm not afraid of you or anybody else.

I'm not tryin' to make any enemies. I've got enough of those to deal with as it is. We all do.

[post=”2167″]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post]Hey, I was always fond of Monte Hall. 🙂 Sure Lamby, put together that PM and send it along to me, and we'll see. But promise me you won't spend more than 17 hours assembling the information.
No one has suggested that you should be afraid of me or anyone else. Living in fear is rarely a good thing and always results in less happiness — so good for you.
Lamby, contrary to the demands of Sonik notwithstanding, I see no reason to intrude on your personal privacy and demand that you disclose your name to me via a PM.
Further, I have no right to request that you disclose your real name. So, your offer to do as much to me via a PM, is appreciated but it is not required.
I don't know how to pretend to be something I am not, but if I could, I would pretend to myself that I was ranked the #1 golfer, #1 tennis player, #1 squash player, and #1 poker player in the world, and my 5'10 hot wife was born in Argentina or Costa Rica and she spoke next to no English. 😎
HOPE Resources? I never heard of them. Is HOPE Resources sorta like Jesse Jackson's Operation P.U.S.H.?
