I submit that the Common Law is comatose because far too many People are, themselves, comatose.
I was born about 250 years too late. I was not meant to live in this era, where lying and corruption are de rigeur.
I don't own a Kindle.
I prefer reading a real book, thumbing back and forth, looking stuff up. Scrolling an ebook is not the same.
ebooks will make folks even less informed.
The only ebooks I own deal with law and constitution and such, and even then, somnetimes I still print them out so I can read anywhere.
^The US Government rarely, if ever, does anything for the purposes publicly stated. There is always, and I mean ALWAYS, one or more secret reasons why the US Government does something, be it passing a law, promulgating a regulation, or issuing a code.
I concede that I have NOT read the 2000+ ObamaCare health bill, but my intuitive sense is that because FamGuardian and SEDM and their respective Members have done such an amazing job uncovering the Truth about the nexus that exists in Law between Citizenship, Domicile, taxation and the trade or business scam, that we, the Members, led by the Lord and with a HUGE assist from Admin, Author#2, franklin, and others in these Forums, that we essentially forced the Federal Government to devise a Universal health care scam that will, in effect, tighten the chain of slavery between the American People and the federal and State governments.
You see, if one participates in the Obama health care scare, one becomes a beneficiary of federal largess, and thereby unwittingly surrenders their sovereign immunity in the process.
So, knowing that as a matter of course, the federal government lies to the American People in almost every case, the Obama Healthcare law was, in humble opinion, really designed to try and save the corrupted income tax system, by tricking folks into further surrendering their sovereign immunity as American Nationals, by forcing them, via their co-opted private sector employers, to enrolling in a new entitlement program called “Universal healthcare.”
A person will have a very tough time arguing that they are a nonresident alien, if, at the same time, they are participating in Obamacare. After all, there is one sentence in the Obamacare law that exempts nonresident aliens from having to enroll in Obamacare. So if one is enrolled, it creates the presumption, albeit a rebuttabble one, that one is either a statutory US citizen under 8 USC 1401, or they are a resident alien with a domicile inside the federal zone.
Nothing that I have read anywhere, has yet to make the connection that I did just above, but I am very confident that my assessment as outlined above in this post, is on the mark.

I only add that the alleged 14th Article is void ab initio because it the US Congress imposed martial law on the Rebel Union states and forced out there respective state legislatures and inserted their own minions. This is all chronicled in the Utah Surpeme Court case of Dyett v. Turner.

I am not surprised.
The corrupted US Government imprisons innocent Americans under the color of law and thereby steals their liberty and freedom.
And the corrupted US Govt steals trillions of dollars from unsuspecting Americans under the color of law and thus enslaves them in the process.
So, I ask, if such a corrupt government steals one's liberty and freedom without compunction, and enslaves millions and ruins families, it is not surprising that said US govt would also steal web sites.

To compound matters, the U.S. Congress has refused to create and give access to the People to genuine Article III judicial courts, and in their stead, has created federal franchise courts where the litigants are required by protocol to address the lying corrupt judge as “Your Honor”. And the federal judge is more often than, the least honorable person inside the franchise court at any given time.
And if we obeyed that doyenne of protocol, Letitia Baldridge, when we send a letter to any of the Members of the corrupted U.S. Congress, we are supposed to use the salutation “Dear Honorable So and So”!!!

In America, a land where we are supposed to be born free – but not for long – when the infant leaves the birth hospital, the hospital, co-opted by the corrupted US Government, files the paperwork to enumerate the new born child and give him or her the passport to the welfare State. And that enumeration is the Social Security number, which remains the property of the federal government.
The Nazis had an enumeration program too, and they were very efficient in enumerating the Jews, and gypsies and all others who did not conform to their Aryan ideal.
But our corrupted US Government is arguably more subtle than the Nazis because in America, subterfuge is used to trick and confuse the People.
The U.S. Government is nothing more than a blood sucking, corrupted, lying parasite, and We the People, are the parasite's host.

With respect to the former rule 54 ( c ), the U.S. Supreme Court led by the late Chief Justice Rehnquist, were the architects of that subterfuge and they said at the time that they consolidated rules 54 ( c) with, I think it was Rule 1 and/or 2, in order to make it simpler and easier to to understand, but what they were really doing was trying to hide the Truth.
Rule 54 ( c ) and the definition of Act of Congress is still the Truth, even though it was deleted (not repealed).
Let us not forget what Confucius taught us, “When words lose their meaning, people lose their liberty”
The fact of the matter is that the vast majority of all laws passed by the lying U.S. Congress are supposed to be enforced ONLY within the federal zone or against federal slaves/contractors.

A really cool letter is from good ole Uncle Leonardo Da Vinci, in which Leo writes to the Duke of Milan and asks the Dukie for a job. But what is cool is that Leo goes on and on about his ability to design and build all manner of military instruments to be used on offense and on defense.
