I assisted in the mailing of an affidavit recently to a bank and we sent it registered mail for about $10.
I always assumed that registered mail was way more expensive that USPS Express Mail or certified mail with returned receipt, but it isn’t.
And one can do Registered mail with a return receipt green card

We need a real revolution, non-violent, if possible. A revolution from the bottom up.

A few comments before I answer the lead question about how to make the Forums more appealing.
I think that the low level of participation in the Forums is largely attributable to forces outside of the the website's control.
We cannot force the Forums to succeed. They will live or die in their own right.
I also think that the Path To Freedom document is superb and also likely has set countless thousands of folks on the path to freedom, and these highly motivated folks are probably high achievers in their own right, whose time and busy schedules leave little to no time to discourse in a cyber forum such as ours.
And it seems that with the exception of a few cases, where posters joined and stated they are working their way thru Path to Freedom, I imagine everyone else works thru it in silence and on their own. And here again, this is a function of the fact that these lone wolves, so to speak, are more comfortable figuring things out and doing the readings themselves.
How to make the Forums more appealing?
1. I think that it is worth considering appointing one or more Forum Moderators, separate from Admin. Right now ADMIN does ALOT and also acts as Forum Moderator. One or more effective Moderators, would be able to take some of the pressure off of ADMIN on a daily basis, while bringing a fresher perspective to subjects, topics, etc.
2. I think that from time to time, at the prodding of Admin or a Moderator, they should send out a PM and ask that the recipient fwd an interesting article or Forum thread, to at least 4- 5 people in their email address book, this way the FG Forum is leveraging the contacts of existing Forum users, by having them carry some water, and contacting others who may end up stopping by the Forum, reading a thread or post, and then end up staying here and contributing to our discussions. We could be doing a better job at self – promotion.
3. We may need to be more media savvy. And by that I think that we should have an active program to get our name out there in the print and broadcast media, even if it is only a email blast or a fax blast comprising of a news release about some new, novel research problem that we solved. In this regard, because of our humility, we tend to understate our research successes so that very few folks outside of our immediate circles are informed of new creations or developments as they come on line. And this quietness leads to a general lack of awareness on the part of the wider Tax Honesty Movement, about our specialized expertise and knowledge that we bring to the table in our fight against the tyranny that is the IRS.
Alternatively, given the complex nature of the subject matter, our creations take time to peel away the essence of them and to understand them, and I imagine folks get overwhelmed by it all.
This is all I have right now and I will think about this issue some more.

I think the above criticism is a fair one and I for one am guilty of having been overly harsh to the point of being rude to someone whom I suspected of being present in the Forums under false pretenses.
But I have been better and am working on that.
Now, I have not been present alot recently, but that has nothing to do with the way the Forums are run.
One problem we confront is that the subject matter of the website and Foruns is very serious, and we live in a society that has trained generations of folks to not think and to not question government authority. And that is a systemic societal problem that the Forum can not fix, save by one person at a time being converted here.
I want to think some more and may add to this post shortly.
Finally, I think ADMIN & Author #2 and the entire FG Forum team do an amazing job and I owe them a great deal of gratitude!!!!!

I do not have the CFR Parallel Table of Authorities & Rules in front of me, but I will bet that there are no implementing regulations for 26 USC 7606, or if there are, they are codified in 27 CFR, and not in 26 CFR.
And if that is the case, then Springer should be pointing to the Administrative Procedures Act and the Federal Register Act, instead of making the bogus argument that he does above by arguing within the Internal Revenue Code.
Springer is a smart guy, but I have to tell ya, on some things he is still acting pretty stupid and at this late stage, there simply is no excuse

I think that your lead post is arguably the single most important item ever posted at FG Forum. Ever.
I strongly encourage Admin to put a prominent link to this article on the main FG web page.
For 25+ years I drank only Perrier water in a glass bottle and only recently began to drink tap water that is filtered, but not with a fluoride filter.
I think that in some respects, I have been mildly more docile after drinking filtered tap water these past few months.
Don't get me wrong, I continue to fight for the Republic and help others defend their constitutional rights and help educate them, and I still write to IRS honchos and stand up for what is right, but at the same time I have found myself reading more of the ancient classics and history, instead of reading and studying law and constitutional stuff like I used to do.
At the same time I know first hand what the author is referring to about the fact that 1/4 of 1%, maybe, really care about our country enough to stand up and fight along side of me. I have spoken to literally 100's of folks over the past 10+ years about all manner of US Supreme Court cases and constitutional issues and it was mostly for naught as few showed any interest, b/c, one must assume, they were to dumbed-down.

First, great job completing the PATH to FREEDOM document. I really think you need to get a passport because it is a great chance to create credible evidence in your favor into an official government record with next to no interference by corrupted government muckety-mucks.
Plus, you can use the passport affidavit along with a a copy of the passport to prove to private sector employers that the USG and State department agree that you have the lawful status of a “nonresident alien”.

Okay, you need to get a note from your Dr, or more than one Dr. if possible, explaining that you were in post-op recovery and were taking prescribed meds and that that was principally the reason the court date slipped your mind and you recorded it on your calendar incorrectly.
Once you get the Drs note(s), you need to send a certified copy of them to the judge and County Sheriff and all other relevent parties and simply ask for a continuance.
If you were a licensed attorney you could easily get a a continuance no problem.
Apologize to the Court for missing the court date.

I may not always have something of import to add in reply, but rest assured I always read them.
I trust nothing that the US government does. In fact, when the US Govt goes on record and says that it intends to do such – and-such, I can almost always guarantee you that they are lying to the American People and that the opposite is true.
FDR, the lying philandering, communist FDR, once stated “that nothing that the government does is by accident”.
At least FDR was telling the TRUTH when he utter those words.
I submit that if TSA is out in force running a joint exercise, you can bet that the they will not only doing to intimidate folks, but they very likely were gathering INTELL of some sort and were testing tactical equipment that has yet to be disclosed to the general public.
Based on a critical assessment of the facts and evidence, such as eye witness reports from Firemen (i.e. Arlington, Virginia Fire Chief), numerous New York police, and citizens, I have long believed that the attack on America on 9/11 was planned and executed by, the corrupted US Government, with the direct assistance of MOSSAD (they were the few dozen so-called artists that were “squatting” in unoccupied offices in World Trade Towers in the months before Sept 11 and NO ONE CALLED building security), so as to create the pretext for the US to invade Iraq and Afghanistan and secure their oil assets while simultaneously defeating Israel's Arab enemies.
But also, 9/11 was executed so the lying US Government could create TSA, the new Hitlerite Waffen SS.
