Also, I might add that when one appears in court in response to a summons or, I think, a subpoena as well, one is conceding personal jurisdiction to the court.
And this is true (I think) especially one one has a domicile located without the territorial jurisdiction of the court. Not surprisingly, I am pretty sure that the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure assert that when one files a pleading or motion in a U.S. District Court one submits to the Court's jurisdiction.
Here is the Catch 22. IRS files a complaint in response to a person not complying to a IRS summons, and files a show cause motion.
The non-taxpayer is compelled to answer the complaint, and by doing so, the Court presumes it has jurisdiction. If the defendant does not deny each iitem in the complaint, everything not denied is deemed as being admitted. And this is one tactic that the corrupted IRS and even more corrupted federal courts, trap unsuspecting folks and try and ensnare them into the fed's jurisdiction.

I could be wrong, but I thought that Roman citizens were exempt from taxation by the Roman senate.
Taxes and tributes paid to Rome were due from non-citizens whose territories were conquered by Rome.
I do not know why we are still in Afghanistan.
But I hazard to guess that it may have something to do with the fact that it serves as a forward operating base to launch attacks against Taliban and al queda types hiding in Pakistan.
Second, I suspect that we are in Afghanistan because there are trillions of $$$$ of un-mined natural resources and perhaps we are there to gain a foothold.
Third, I suspect that we are there because it helps to justify the hundreds of billions of $$$$ spent by the USG and paid to the entrenched military industrial complex.
Bottom line, it will be decades, if ever, before we can leave Afghanistan because the 3,000+ madrassas in Pakistan serve as a breeding ground for new generations of
brain-washed Muslim youths who are trained to hate the USA and all Western values and civilization.
Iraq had one of the more educated populations in the Arab world, and is so unlike Afghanistan. But I knew when USA packed up and left Iraq, all hell would break loose, and it did, with the suicide bombings.
Sadly, we can not just pack up and leave Afghanistan, and once the US forces are drawn down, save for the SPEC OPs guys, we will see attacks on 2nd and 3rd tier Afghan cities, by bad guys who want to instill fear in the locals. Very sad situation.
The real problem is Pakistan and the sanctuary that they give to the Muslim fighters.
Too many firms in USA and elsewhere have a greedy stake in prolonging the war, and that is clearly another reason why we are still in Afghanistan. Israel, for one, benefits by having the USA in the Mideast waging wars, as does Saudi Arabia.
Also, by having so many men and so much equipment at so many forward LOG bases, it cuts down on the cycle time need to get men and material into theater, in the event of a need to deploy in the region.
Ironically, the longer we fight the weaker the USA becomes in an important sense.
I am still convinced that the real driving force behind Obamacare is to sweep up unsuspecting Americans and broaden the base of 'taxpayers'. That is one reason why, if statutory “U.S. citizens” do not get mandatory health insurance by 2014, they will be penalized by the IRS. See, the USg can do that to their slave/citizens.
And the IRS will keep the records on all the uninsured “U.S. citizens'.
There are tens of millions of nontaxpayers and the USG is out to try and trick them into becoming taxpayers.

The planes that crashed into the WTC 1 & WTC 2 were remote controlled and loaded with explosives. Same thing goes for the Pentagon. It was a small, remote controlled jet that crashed and that is why the footprint on exterior of Pentagon does not match the footprint of a 757.
The so-called 30+ Israeli “artists” who began “squatting” in unoccuppied offices located in WTC 1 & 2, starting in late spring 2001, and who 'left' the weekend before 9/11, were NEVER evicted or arrested by the Port Authoprity or NYPD. WTF!?

In the weekend before 9/11, the Port Authroity in conjunction with USG, said that they were doing a disaster drill and they needed to shut off ALL ELECTRICAL POWER to WTC 1 & 2, even the back up emergency power. This is teh very first time they did this EVER. Sure, they did drills before, but they never shut off the auxillary power.This had the added effect of also shutting off the CCTV security cameras.

ON 9/11, the FBI responded to a “aprty” of about 25 Arab looking men, who were on a roof deck in NJ, drinking, laughing, and watching the WTC burn. The FBI went there, and walked away without arresting a single person. No FBI report either. The folks at that party, were the same Israeli “artists” who previously were squatting in the WTC 1 & 2 for 4+ months.

This same technology, was used to convince 330,000 Iraqi soldiers to surrender enmasse, during the Gulf War 1. It was patented right after the Gulf War and sold/leased to USG. When US Forces destroyed the Command, control of Iraqi generals, the Iraqi command had to resoprt to an open FM radio frequency to commuincwith Irai troops in field. An dthat is when the USg covertly piggy backed ion open FM channels and subliminally persuaded Iraqi forces to surrender.
US Congress, after the war, then set about deploying it when Congress decided that they were “concerned” about the quality of TV reception in American homes.
The analog TV signal worked fine for 60 years. why change it all of a sudden? And is that a proper role of Congress, to be concerned about TV reception in American homes? Think about what I am saying folks.
USG funded research into digitial TV screens and the like. To bring them to market faster. They budgeted $8 billion to get converter boxes, and then announced that on such and such a date, the USG would shut off the analog TV signal nation-wide.
And in year 2008, when Americans LOST $8-10 TRILLION dollars as the stock markets collapsed, there was no real outcry, NO protests, no million letters or emails sent to US Congress, from the American Sheeple, because by that point, the secret technology that is beamed into Americans homes, had already controlled the minds of the masses and psychologically beat them into submission and made them pliable.
How pliable?
Well, in a nation that is 80% white, a black man, named Obama, who came out of nowhere, and to this day, no one from any college that he supposedly attended, recalls him, was elected US President.

A few days ago U.S. Sec of State Hilary Clinton was preaching about liberty and freedom and why Assad, in Syria, must leave office and let the Syrians enjoy their natural liberty and freedom.
She is a BIG phony and a liar to boot, and of course, a HUGE hypocrite because her own employer, the US Government, suppresses the liberty and freedom of Americans every single day, and Hillary has said nothing about those constitutional abuses of government power.
