<p>I agree with you.  However, its much easier to disable a traffic cam than you think.  Put a can of spray paint on a pole, walk up to the cam and spray black paint on the glass in front of the camera.  Wear a ski mask so the other cams you haven&#039;t disabled can&#039;t take your picture when you do it.</p>

They are they one who have to forgive the contract.  I can&#039;t do it for them.  Repentance for the sin of violating an agreement consists in making the agreement good.  Leave me out of this.</p>
