    Bing,

You have to have the free Realplayer installed. If you don't, it will try to download. Go to “http://realplayer.com” and download and install it first.

    1. The procedures for getting a passport as a national are at:

    http://famguardian.org/Subjects/Taxes/Citi…orAPassport.htm

    2. A pamphlet that will help you on SS # is at:

    http://famguardian.org/TaxFreedom/Forms/Em…stIndenture.pdf

The above pamphlet says that Social SEcurity Numbers are govenrment property. The only people who can have or use such “public property” as SS numbers are public employees or federal contractors on official business. It is illegal to use public property for a private purpose, and constitutes embezzlement and larceny. Unless he is acting as a public official or federal contractor on official business when he applies for the passport, he is committing a crime to provide a number. See the above.

Read the above article on getting a passport without numbers and without being a U.S. citizen. It tells you everything you need to know.

    Layed,

    See:

    http://famguardian.org/Publications/WhyANational/WhyANational.pdf

I don’t know what they mean by “American Citizen”. You will have to ask them. If it isn’t defined in the law, its simply an unsupportable belief. Everything in the above comes out of the law. Avoid using terms that don’t appear in the law. I’ve never seen “American Citizen” defined in any statute.

See the Federal and State Withholding Options for Private Employers Book:

    http://famguardian.org/Publications/FedSta…teWHOptions.pdf

Chapter 21. See also the Income Tax Withholding and Reporting Pamphlet at:

    http://sedm.org/LibertyU/LibertyU.htm

Item 3.10. Educate the private employer privately first. If that doesn't work, call a meeting with their legal counsel, bring witnesses, and record the event. If that doesn't work, sue them.

TXMODA data goes on the IMF Decoding Screen, on the “Control Base” tab at the bottom. This is covered in the MF Decoder User Manual, section 2.8.17.2.

    Layed,

The FOIA you did most likely was for IMF data. An IMF has a field called LIEN, but that does not necessarily mean a lien on real property. Unless you go down to the County recorder and find out if there is a lien, you may be jumping to conclusions.

An IMF Lien and a property lien are NOT the same thing.

    Al,

I would suggest the following strategy, which is also described in the Defending Your Right to Travel book:

    1. Research the vehicle codes in your state. Find the statute that says you have to be a “resident” to get a driver's license. Print out several copies as evidence for court.

    2. Call the DMV office and set up an appointment with the supervisor.

    3. Go to the DMV office for the apointment, tell them you are NOT a “resident” and want a “letter of disqualification” saying you aren't eligible for a driver's license.

    4. Take the letter of disqualification to the Court and present it to the jury as evidence. Make sure you use the original. Also present the statute that says only residents can get driver's license.

    5. Explain to the judge and jury that it is ridiculous to prosecute someone for not having a license that the government won't issue him!!! The jury is going to laugh at the judge!

    6. If the judge asks you where you are a resident” of, tell him your domicile is no place on earth, and that you are exercising your First Amendment right to not be compelled to associate with any government or state, as a person who wants to be ENTIRELY self governing. See:

    http://famguardian.org/Subjects/Taxes/Arti…ForTaxation.htm

You can print out a prettier version of the above article below and hand it to the judge and jury:

    http://sedm.org/Forms/05-MemLaw/Domicile.pdf

I believe this will REALLY have the Judge squirming and make the government look REALLY stupid and really MEAN for forcing people to do things that they don't have to and for essentially trying to compel them into a commercial relationship with the government to procure “protection services” that they can't be compelled to procure or use or pay for.

The Defending Your Right to Travel book is at:

    http://sedm.org/ItemInfo/Ebooks/DefYourRightToTravel.htm

    My 2 cents. 🙂

    Layed,

Chances are, it is operator error. First try the tutorials in section 4 of the link below:

If that doesn't work, send a private message to Author #2 with your phone number. Disable anonymous call blocking on your phone, and you will be contacted to resolve the issue by the appropriate third party.

    Sonik,

    Yes, it's a proverb:

    MF Decoder users,

For the benefit of all, Chaz' problem was fixed. Below is a synopsis of how the problem was identified and fixed:

    1. Chaz downloaded a new copy of the MF Decoder program and installed it.

    2. The printing problem went away.

    3. He was mailed a replacement disk.

As far as playing the video files, he identified that problem himself. Below are his own words on how he fixed it:

    QUOTE
On the video issue, it turns out that I have two programs that claim to be Windows Media Player. The video won't play on one, but will play on the other.

We remind users of the MF Decoder program that 95 % of the time that they have a printing problem, they have a corrupted CD and need a replacement.

    Hal,

When you comment about the books on this website, you need to specify the version number, section number, and page number. Otherwise, it is difficult to know exactly what you are referring to.

I wouldn't say that being self-supporting is the only way to function as a nontaxpayer. Parties can also contract their services to an entity they create, make the entity a nonprofit entity which passes through all its earnings to the natural person, who then doesn't have any information returns filed against them. Many private companies also are flexible enough to read and obey the law.

Corporations are more difficult to deal with, but not impossible. This fact is emphasized in the Federal and State Withholding Options for Private Employers, Sections 21 through 21.4.:

    http://famguardian.org/Publications/FedSta…teWHOptions.pdf

I think you got the wrong impression from reading the book if this was your conclusion.

    Chaz,

This is not a technical problem with the program, but a problem with the disk. Please send a private message so someone can contact you to troubleshoot.

You can view it online at:

    http://sedm.org/ItemInfo/Programs/MFDecoder/MFDecoder.htm

It's the demo link on that page.
