1. Corruption of the judicial system.

2. The fact that federal district and Circuit Courts are not Article III Courts.

3. The fact that these same courts deceive the public by declaring that they have Article II powers when in fact they do not.

4. The fact that these courts are legislative franchise (property) courts and yet refuse to acknowledge this limit on their authority.
