The Constitution does list Healthcare.
What makes the Obamacare law constitutional, is that it specifically makes it voluntary for ALL American citizens. Buried in the 2000+ page law, is a one sentence exemption for “nonresident aliens”.
Nonresident aliens born on nonfederal land in the USA, are Union state citizens. The problem is American citizens (who are different from statutory federal U.S. citizens), lack the knowledge and do not understand the meaning of the term “nonresident alien” as used in federal law.
And because of this festering long term ignorance, the American sheeple obey the MSM and their federal master and thereby permit themselves and their children to be enslaved by the corrupt US Governent
"Two things I request of You (Deprive me not before I die): Remove falsehood and lies far from me; Give me neither poverty nor riches— Feed me with the food allotted to me; Lest I be full and deny You, And say, “Who is the Lord?” Or lest I be poor and steal, And profane the name of my God."
[Prov. 30:7-9, Bible, NKJV]December 3, 2016 at 6:34 pm #17074The code clealy explains that it’s voluntary,
“42 U.S. Code § 18115 – Freedom not to participate in Federal health insurance programs
“No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage shall be required to participate in any Federal health insurance program created under this Act (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any such amendments), and there shall be no penalty or fine imposed upon any such issuer for choosing not to participate in such programs.”
